The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic marketing strategy— Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing—to drive significant user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels, leveraging data and experimentation to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Brand Strategy: Define and champion the company’s brand identity, positioning, and value proposition globally, ensuring consistency across all communications and channels.
- Product Marketing: Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, developing compelling product messaging, narratives, and sales enablement materials for the EV market.
- Digital Marketing: Define, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital strategy (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, display) to meet growth KPIs and optimize the digital customer journey.
- Field Marketing: Oversee regional and local marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and campaigns, to support sales teams and drive local market penetration.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, small team of specialists across Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital, and Field Marketing.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the entire marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on all spend and strategic resource allocation across the four verticals.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness across all channels, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
- Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies (MarTech) to enhance team efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends, particularly those relevant to the EV sector.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior role, with a demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary Marketing teams.
- Specific industry experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV), Automotive, or Clean Technology sector is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in various digital marketing disciplines (e.g., SEO, paid media, analytics, marketing automation) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant business growth through a balanced mix of strategic brand building and performance marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
