Launch Your Career in Global Network Operations

We are looking for a motivated Junior Network Operations Engineer to join an international WAN Operations Team supporting a global network connecting more than 200 sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional interested in developing practical skills in enterprise networking, network security, troubleshooting and automation.

You will work alongside experienced network professionals, gaining exposure to real-world infrastructure and operational challenges in a global environment.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and support global WAN connectivity and network operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting network incidents and restoring services.
• Support Internet connectivity, leased lines, service provider connections, VPNs and network security services.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established operational procedures.
• Collaborate with senior network engineers to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with basic data centre activities, including equipment installation, network patching and related infrastructure tasks.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate or junior IT professional with a strong interest in networking and infrastructure.
• Foundational understanding of computer networks and network operations.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.
• Ability to work on-site in Valencia, Spain.

Technical Exposure – An Advantage, Not a Requirement

Familiarity with any of the following would be beneficial:

• WAN/LAN networking fundamentals and VPN technologies.
• Network security and firewalls, including Cisco FTD or Check Point.
• SD-WAN technologies such as VeloCloud.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Scripting using Python, PowerShell or similar tools.
• Data centre infrastructure, rack mounting or network patching.

You do not need experience with all these technologies to apply. We welcome candidates with solid networking fundamentals and a genuine interest in developing their technical capabilities.

Benefits & Professional Development

• 21 days of paid annual leave.
• 10 additional paid holidays per year.
• Life insurance.
• Hands-on experience supporting an international network environment.
• Learning and development alongside experienced network professionals.
• Potential contract extension, subject to funding and project requirements.
