This is an opportunity to work with an Ashoka Staff

About The Affiliated Organization

Ashoka is the world's first and largest association of social entrepreneurs, innovators working on the urgent social and environmental issues of our time, who change systems, not just fix problems. Since the early 1980s, Ashoka has pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship, building a global network of 4,000+ of the most impactful changemakers across nearly every sector. ASN Members are key partners for Ashoka Fellows—collaborating as co-creators, strategic thought partners, and supporters. In return, Ashoka Fellows offer ASN Members unique insights, inspiration, and high-impact opportunities for collaboration. Through these partnerships, we bring ASN Members’ visions to life while amplifying the global impact of our Fellows.

Job Description

The Ashoka Support Network (ASN) is Ashoka's global community of big donors that partner with us to search, elect and support Ashoka Fellows, while they embark on a personal changemaker journey. The objective for this year is to promote a self-organised community, with a better information system that provides transparency on impact and use of the funds. We are looking for support in organising information, updating our CRM, and coordination of communication with the ASN members.

The ASN Community is key for our sustainability (almost 40% of our funding comes from their donation) and the members are growing in number so we need to improve efficiency through our systems, investing in AI and re-thinking our communications. Please let us know today if you can help!
