About You:
We’re looking for a Videographer & Content Editor with a passion for visual storytelling, motion graphics, and text and sound design. We want someone who can confidently collaborate with our nimble team of designers, content editors, and producers on a wide range of creative projects. Working closely with the Content Director, you’ll be part of the creative process from concept to final cut – crafting visually compelling, on-brand video content that engages target audiences. You’ll help translate briefs into impactful video stories and campaigns, bringing to life everything from snappy Instagram Reels to in-depth brand sizzle videos. This role has the potential to grow with the agency, expanding hours or evolving into a larger engagement as we scale.

We’re looking for someone who can:
Edit high-quality video content end-to-end (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, brand sizzles)
Bring strong visual storytelling (hooks, pacing, emotion, narrative structure — not just pretty shots)
Create motion graphics + kinetic text + sound design that elevates the final cut (this is essential)
Optimize edits for platform formats + captions + thumbnails
Fluent / native-level English (Spanish is a bonus)
Has experience creating content for food, drinks, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (strongly preferred)
Is curious and proactive about using AI tools to work smarter and experiment creatively (e.g. Descript, Runway, Kling, CapCut, ElevenLabs, etc.)
5+ years experience in video editing/production (agency or in-house preferred)
