At least 1-2-year experience on M&A, corporate finance, valuations or similar
A certain degree of autonomy to lead specific workstreams in a deal
Experience in preparing models, valuations and presentations
Execution:
- Collaborate in specific workstreams for transactions (e.g. due diligence process), and managing internal and external parties (lawyers, accountants, consultants,etc), in order to determine the suitability of the investment/divestment for the Companys business strategy
- Preparation of technical financial analysis work (e.g. business plan analysis, valuation analysis, financial modelling) for both acquisitions and disposals
- Supports in the preparation of materials to be included in the relevant files (presentations, memos, meeting minutes, etc) to be reported to senior members
M&A team working dynamics and efficient integration within Indra:
- Works in coordination with other Indra's teams (Finance, Legal, Operations)
- Maintains a self-motivated and positive attitude with colleagues and external parties, even under stressful transaction situations
- Supports other Indra areas post-transaction, when required
