INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER (FMCG)

Our client is a globally recognized premium brand in the food and FMCG sector, committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to consumers worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER (FMCG) to lead growth in key markets, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure brand excellence.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the International Business Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy in assigned markets year-round:

  • Develop and implement marketing-mix strategies with national and regional distributors.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with Large retailers / Wholesalers for product listings, promotional policies, and shelf space allocation.
  • Drive and oversee in-store brand activation and visibility.
  • Act as the main liaison between regional partners and headquarters.
  • Define, propose, and execute Trade Marketing operations.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence (macro/micro trends).
  • Manage budgets and optimize costs to maximize ROI.

We are looking for a Sales professional with a higher education degree (Business School or Agro/Agri Engineering, Marketing or related), proven experience leading key negotiations with large retailers / Wholesalers within the FMCG sector, English proficiency, and availability to travel.
