Identify the obligations applicable to the organization both externally, in accordance with sector regulations, and internally, based on corporate policies. Define, evaluate, and monitor the steps necessary for compliance through the analysis of the organization's obligations and responsibilities and compliance monitoring. To achieve this, the established compliance program must be followed, where controls and monitoring measures, along with their corresponding actions and deadlines, will be outlined to act effectively and achieve competent results.


Main Responsabilities:



  • Collection and analysis of documentation in internal audit processes.
  • Prepare lists of preliminary findings and collaborate in report writing.
  • Follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in the identification and analysis of information and data related to risks and associated processes.
  • Collect data for the preparation of periodic reports on risk indicators.
  • Document reported risk events and preliminary classification.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of training materials.
  • Archive documentation and evidence.




REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:



Academic Background: University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economic or Similar. Master Degree in Corporate Finance, Compliance, Risk or similar is a plus.


Language Skills:



  • High Level of English (at least C1)
  • Other language is a plus

Technical Skills:



  • Knowledge in the preparation of lists of findings
  • Ability to document risks and perform preliminary classifications.
  • Experience in writing audit reports and following up on corrective actions.
  • Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, etc.)

Soft Skills: Communication skills, analytic skills, leadership, ability to work in teams, active listening ability, ability to work under pressure, results oriented, capacity of innovation, problem solving ability.
