Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide 1st/2nd level support for user issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS (XP–10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and basic Mac systems.
  • Support and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose network and connectivity issues using standard tools.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and hardware repairs.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

9 am to 5 pm
