Sanlorenzo MED is currently recruiting for a Management Assistant at Puerto Portals, Mallorca.
GENERAL FUNCTION
As a Management Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our team. You’ll help ensure the smooth operation of the office, manage light bookkeeping tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain strong communication with clients and partners.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Administrative support to management and sales team; organizing meetings, schedules, and office logistics; handling email and phone communication with clients and suppliers; document management and support with yacht-related processes; booking travel and accommodation for team members (e.g. shipyard visits, business trips); assisting with event planning and day-to-day office tasks.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an administrative or assistant role; fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) German and Italian are a strong plus; basic bookkeeping knowledge; highly organized with attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools; friendly, professional and team-oriented; interest in the yachting or luxury service industry is a bonus.
