Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cocinero to join our exceptional culinary team in Hong Kong SAR. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on involvement in food preparation, meal presentation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Daily tasks will include preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, collaborating with the team to develop menus, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The Cocinero will also ensure timely delivery of food orders and contribute to a seamless kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating; experience with a variety of cuisines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene practices, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other kitchen staff effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Prior experience in high-end dining establishments is preferred.
