The Role

As Senior Manager, Regional Sales UGG, you’ll drive the long-term strategic growth of the UGG brand in Iberia (Spain & Portugal), leading a talented sales team and building strong relationships with senior business partners and buying directors. You’ll collaborate across EMEA and the US, leveraging your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and professionalism to deliver results and elevate the brand.


Your Impact

  • Set and execute strategic sales plans and key business goals for the brand and market
  • Develop and control sales in line with brand building guidelines
  • Oversee seasonal product forecasts and ensure accurate execution for all accounts
  • Maximize profitability and manage sales information for reporting to the Sr. Sales Director
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure strategic priorities are executed on time and in plan
  • Accountable for forward order and in-season business, ensuring targets are met through close appreciation of sell-through and inventory
  • Build and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR to develop talent within the sales team and support succession planning
  • Direct segmentation and allocation of product ranges to maximize sales and profitability
  • Ensure distribution and trading criteria meet company and brand standards
  • Negotiate customer trading terms to achieve optimal prices and margins
  • Facilitate monthly sales meetings and manage performance against targets
  • Oversee stock levels, order book position, and corrective management as needed
  • Ensure brand guidelines, product training, and standards are maintained
  • Promote Deckers Brands’ business ethos to all customers, teams, and partners

We Would Love To Hear From People With

  • Strong national Sales & Wholesale experience
  • Proven substantial sales management experience
  • Footwear / Fashion / Beauty experience is highly beneficial
  • Excellent understanding of fashion culture
  • Proven track record in brand management and successful sales development
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Ability to navigate a global organization and collaborate across multiple functions
  • Willingness to travel within the local market
