• Realización de informes ATEX, documentos de protección contra explosiones, adecuación de equipos y formación.
• Realización de análisis de riesgos frente a energías y fluidos, procedimientos LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) o consignación de máquinas.

ROLE OVERVIEW

 

We are looking for a Spanish Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join a long-term.

 

As a Linguistic Tester, you’ll help bring high-quality Spanish content to life and ensure it feels natural, accurate, and polished for end users. Your main focus will be reviewing and refining localized content, making sure it reads smoothly and is free from errors. This includes checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and cultural or contextual accuracy.

 

You’ll also work hands-on with products by executing test cases, identifying localization bugs, and reporting issues through internal bug-tracking systems. Once fixes are implemented, you’ll help verify that they’ve been resolved correctly. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to translate content from English into Spanish. In addition, you’ll explore user interfaces to identify localization or functional issues, playing an important role in delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience.

 

This role is ideal for someone with native-level Spanish fluency, strong attention to detail, and an interest in quality assurance within digital products. If you’re looking for a stable, long-term role (no end date) where you can apply both your language expertise and technical skills, this is a great opportunity.

Objetivo del Puesto

Realizar actividades de intervención social dirigidas a nuestro colectivo de actuación en los dispositivos de acogida, con el fin de ofrecer prestaciones básicas (alojamiento y manutención) a las personas de acogida, valorar los posibles factores de vulnerabilidad y ayudarlas en la adquisición de las habilidades necesarias para facilitar su autonomía e integración en situaciones de emergencia sobrevenida. En dependencia directa de la Dirección de Dispositivo de Emergencia en Ceuta y en coordinación con el equipo de Atención Humanitaria de SSCC.

Funciones principales

• Atender de manera individual y/o grupal a las personas acogidas en el dispositivo.
• Realizar las entrevistas iniciales de las personas acogidas para el análisis de vulnerabilidades y necesidades específicas, así como para la preparación para el triaje
• Elaborar listados de personas para atenciones prioritarias (triaje, atención sanitaria, otros)
• Elaborar informes de seguimiento, según las necesidades de la intervención de emergencia.
• Velar por la buena gestión de la convivencia en los dispositivos de acogida y elaborar los informes relativos al incumplimiento de las normas del centro
• Participar en el seguimiento de las tareas logísticas de la acogida (Planificar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento al registro inicial de las personas acogidas en el Dispositivo de Emergencia y la asignación de camas, dar seguimiento a la adecuación de distribución de camas y proponer ajustes de forma excepcional cuando sea necesario), entre otras tareas.
• Gestión administrativa del Programa en coordinación con la Dirección del dispositivo de emergencia..
• Participar y dar soporte a la Dirección del dispositivo en la planificación, contextualización y seguimiento del equipo de TIS en la ejecución de las actividades de ocio y actividades relacionadas con la vida diaria de las personas acogidas.
• Realizar intervención de mediación social, sanitaria, familiar y/o intercultural.
• Realizar las gestiones necesarias para la prevención y/o tratamiento en el ámbito sanitarios.
• Derivar hacia servicios internos/externos de la organización.
• Elaborar informes, memorias, propuestas de mejora y documentación necesaria para la gestión del Programa.
• Valorar, realizar propuestas, gestionar y realizar seguimiento de la justificación de ayudas económicas.

Grant reference: Agreement on staff reinforcement, transfer management and innovation ********* – Collaboration agreement between the Regional Ministry of Culture, Education, Vocational Training and Universities and the Universities of A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo for the Reinforcement of Staff for the Management of Transfer and Innovation and the Consolidation of Research Structures *********.Grant period: Start 01/01/2023 – End 31/12/2026.Main Research Centre: Vice?Rectorate for Research and Technology Transfer.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the work of staff in CITIC's IT department.Provide technical support for the administration, operation and maintenance of CITIC's own infrastructure and technological resources used for research activities.Manage and operate the Linux systems, the high?performance computing platform, and the technical tools associated with the centre's scientific infrastructure.Collaborate on the deployment, monitoring and technical improvement of projects, environments and technological solutions supporting research.Provide technical support for the identification, integration and commissioning of ICT equipment, software and services related to research.Coordinate the collection, organization and updating of technical and operational documentation from the various departments within CITIC.Provide technical support for the management and use of information on the centre's scientific output and research activities.Collaborate on the technical preparation of prototypes, proof?of?concepts, demonstrators and materials for dissemination, innovation and technology transfer.Configure and maintain virtualisation environments, containers (Docker or equivalent), version control repositories (GIT or equivalent), and carry out integration tests with the centre's scientific infrastructure.Prepare technical environments for research projects; carry out deployments, testing and validation; record the results; and report any technical issues detected.Gather technical requirements from project leads and collaborate on drawing up specifications; check, receive, installand commission equipment, software, and services procured.Coordinate the request for and compilation of technical and operational documentation generated by various departments of CITIC; ensure completeness, organize it in accordance with common criteria, and incorporate it into the centre's repositories and tracking records.Keep inventories, operating procedures, technical datasheets, manuals, activity logs and other documentation relating to infrastructure and technological resources up to date.Carry out preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of the scientific output management application; update and clean up data, incorporate information provided by various departments, and extract indicators and dashboards.Prepare and configure the technical resources required for prototypes, proof?of?concept tests and demonstrators, and collaborate in the development of technical materials for outreach, innovation and technology transfer activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.All qualifications and certificates must be submitted in a legible PDF format.An up?to?date employment history report is mandatory, accompanied by employment contracts.Only certificates issued by the relevant official body (e.G., the Vice?Rectorate for Research or persons with legal authority) will be accepted.Language proficiency must be demonstrated by an official certificate (CEFR, Cambridge, DELE, EOI or an equivalent recognized by the Selection Committee).

La persona seleccionada se encargará de implantar la estrategia de prevención, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una cultura preventiva.

Será responsable de asegurar una gestión coordinada de la seguridad y salud laboral en los diferentes centros, optimizando los procesos y acompañando a los distintos departamentos en la integración de la prevención en su actividad.

Responsabilidades principales

• Dirigir la actividad técnica y operativa, asignando recursos.
• Definir, analizar y controlar y el grado de cumplimiento y evolución del sistema de gestión preventiva.
• Elaborar, implantar y mantener al día los Planes de Emergencia.
• Desplazarse fuera de la provincia para actuaciones preventivas.
• Establecer los protocolos para el CAE y velar por su cumplimiento.
• Realizar un asesoramiento técnico a los diferentes departamentos y equipos en materia de seguridad y salud laboral, colaborando con los distintos equipos para integrar la prevención en el día a día de la actividad.
• Supervisar y revisar periódicamente la evaluación de riesgos y liderar la planificación y ejecución de las acciones preventivas correspondientes.
• Diseñar los planes formativos específicos en materia de prevención y, en su caso, participar en las acciones formativas.
• Representar al grupo en los Comités de Seguridad y Salud, coordinando las relaciones con RLT e inspecciones.
• Preparar y hacer seguimiento de las auditorías de prevención.

Requisitos

• Máster Universitario en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las 3 especialidades.
• Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en puestos similares. Imprescindible experiencia en servicio de prevención interno.
• Buen manejo de paquete Office.
• Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos nacionales de manera puntual.
