As a Digital Content & Trading Executive, you will be tasked with optimizing the Spanish sportsbook and marketing offerings to provide a relevant, localized customer experience across our William Hill and 888 online sites.

You will be involved in executing sportsbook, optimizing our sites to keep our customers as engaged as possible, creating interesting and relevant trading offers and maintaining the #MiApuesta product. Con motivo de la apertura de nuestra 32 tienda COURIR en España, ubicada en el centro comercial RIO Shopping en Arroyo de la Encomienda, Valladolid, buscamos a nuestra futura Store Manager !

Tus retos:

• Vigilar de cerca los KPIs potenciando la capacidad de tu equipo para alcanzar diariamente los objetivos de ventas. Dar visibilidad a las cifras de la tienda y proponer planes de acción para que la tienda funcione aún mejor y rinda más.

En UNIE Universidad buscamos un/a Director/a de Profesorado para incorporarse a la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación, una figura estratégica que liderará el desarrollo, la planificación y la gestión integral del claustro académico.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Planificar, dirigir y desarrollar el claustro académico de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación, garantizando la disponibilidad, calidad, desempeño y desarrollo profesional del profesorado, alineando las necesidades académicas con la estrategia institucional y los objetivos de la Facultad.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Planificación estratégica del profesorado:

• Diseñar la estructura y dimensionamiento del claustro académico.
• Planificar las necesidades docentes presentes y futuras de la Facultad.
• Coordinar la asignación de carga docente junto con las Direcciones Académicas y de Título.
• Supervisar la productividad, dedicación y cobertura del profesorado.
• Colaborar con Planificación Académica en la elaboración de horarios y planificación docente.

Atracción y selección del talento:

• Liderar los procesos de captación y selección de profesorado.
• Diseñar perfiles competenciales alineados con la estrategia de la Facultad.
• Realizar entrevistas técnicas y competenciales.
• Desarrollar una red activa de captación de talento universitario.
• Favorecer la incorporación de perfiles nacionales e internacionales de alto impacto.

Desarrollo y carrera profesional:

• Diseñar e implementar el modelo de desarrollo profesional del profesorado.
• Liderar la evaluación del desempeño docente.
• Definir itinerarios de carrera académica.
• Impulsar programas de formación permanente.
• Identificar talento interno y desarrollar planes de sucesión.

Gestión académica:

• Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del claustro.
• Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con el profesorado.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad docente.
• Colaborar con RR. HH., Calidad, Secretaría Académica y el Decanato en la mejora continua de los procesos.

Investigación y transferencia

• Impulsar la actividad investigadora del profesorado.
• Promover la captación de proyectos competitivos.
• Favorecer la publicación científica y la transferencia del conocimiento.
• Colaborar con el Vicerrectorado de Investigación en el seguimiento de indicadores científicos.

Requisitos:

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un perfil con liderazgo, capacidad estratégica y experiencia en gestión universitaria, orientado al desarrollo de personas y a la mejora continua de la calidad académica.

Formación requerida:

• Doctorado Educación, Pedagogía o afines.
• Acreditación ANECA o agencia autonómica equivalente (valorable positivamente).
• Formación en gestión universitaria, liderazgo o dirección académica.

Valoraremos especialmente:

• Entre cinco y diez años de experiencia en gestión de equipos académicos universitarios.
• Experiencia en planificación docente y organización del profesorado.
• Experiencia en procesos de selección y desarrollo del talento.
• Conocimiento del sistema universitario español y de los procesos de acreditación.
• Participación en proyectos de innovación educativa.
• Experiencia investigadora con publicaciones científicas.
• Participación en proyectos competitivos nacionales o internacionales.
• Nivel de inglés C1 o superior.
