Airbus Space Systems Spain is looking for an Optical Payload Interface Manager to join the Chief Engineering team in Getafe.

The successful candidate will act as a System Engineer within the Satellite Prime team, with end-to-end technical responsibility for the integration within the satellite of optical payloads for Earth Observation missions, throughout the full project lifecycle.

In this role, the candidate will not only manage the payload-platform interfaces, but will also oversee, steer, and technically assess the design and development of the optical payload, ensuring that performance, architecture, and implementation choices are consistent with system-level objectives and constraints.

This role requires strong Systems Engineering know-how, applied specifically to the development, integration, and verification of optical payloads, ensuring their correct interfacing and performance within the satellite system.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical focal point and system authority for the optical payload within the Satellite System Engineering team for Earth Observation programs.
• Perform system engineering activities related to optical payloads, including requirements management, interface definition, performance budgeting / allocation and technical coordination.
• Ensure the coherent integration of the optical payload within the satellite system, covering:
• Mechanical, thermal, electrical, and data interfaces
• Functional and performance aspects
• Perform and support system-level analyses and trade-offs impacting the optical payload (e.g. mass, power, thermal stability, pointing)
• Oversee the optical payload architecture and design, including:
• Optical concept and performance budgets (MTF, radiometry, straylight, alignment)
• Instrument-level trade-offs and design drivers
• Payload development plan and technology maturation processes
• Contribution to in-orbit commissioning and performance monitoring
• Ensure that optical performance is maintained throughout development, AIT, and in-orbit phases.
• Lead and coordinate the technical follow-up of payload development, including:
• Monitoring supplier activities and deliverables
• Participating in reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
• Managing technical risks, anomalies, and non-conformances
• Contribute to system-level trade-offs involving payload design, performance, and satellite constraints.

• Interface with internal stakeholders (systems, AIT, operations, product assurance) and external partners or suppliers.
  

Technical Background

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, or similar.

El projecte va més enllà de l’hostaleria: volem ser un espai de trobada comunitària, cultural i transformador, fent barri des d’una perspectiva col·lectiva, participativa i arrelada a l’ESS.

En un moment de consolidació del projecte, busquem ampliar el cercle de sòcies treballadores en les següents àrees: gestió, cuina i sala.

Tareas

Ambit Gestió:

Gestió econòmica eficient, rigorosa i transparent.

• Seguiment de pressupostos, despeses i ingressos.


• Alt sentit de la responsabilitat i atenció al detall.


• Coneixement o interès pels processos participatius i la presa de decisions democràtica en entorns cooperatius.

Ambit Cuina:

• Organització del treball a cuina i gestió eficient del servei.


• Cura del producte, de les elaboracions i de la presentació.


• Creació d’una carta de plats de temporada.


• Elaboració d’escandalls per mantenir preus assequibles i afavorir la viabilitat econòmica del projecte.


• Treball coordinat amb la resta de l’equip, especialment amb sala.

Ambit Sala:

• Organització eficient del servei per optimitzar el nombre de reserves.


• Orientació a oferir un servei de qualitat mantenint la satisfacció de les clientes i el benestar de l’equip.


• Facilitat amb tancaments i control de caixa.


• Bona gestió del ritme de treball en moments d’alta demanda.


• Capacitat de treball en equip i comunicació fluida amb cuina i resta de l’equip.


• Organització del treball en esdeveniments.

Requisitos

Ambit Gestió:

• Nocions d’hostaleria (es valorarà l’experiència prèvia; hi ha possibilitat de formació interna).


• Coneixements avançats d’Excel.


• Estudis o experiència vinculada a la gestió econòmica i als números (batxillerat científic, ADE, formació similar o experiència demostrable).

Ambit Sala:

• Experiència mínima de 6 mesos com a cambrer/a.

Ambit Cuina:

• Estudis de cuina (mínim FP de grau superior o equivalent).


• Experiència demostrable en cuina vegana.


• Sensibilitat i compromís amb una alimentació sana, sostenible i de proximitat.

Les persones candidates en els tres àmbits han de comptar amb:

• Encaix amb els valors i la missió de la cooperativa (treball comunitari, autogestió, alimentació sostenible, ESS i cooperativisme).


• Capacitat de treballar en equip i en entorns participatius i disposició a participar en assemblees.


• Compromís amb el projecte cooperatiu, amb una voluntat de vinculació mínima de 3 anys.


• Capacitat de definir i seguir un marc de treball estratègic.


• Es valorarà experiència prèvia en entorns assemblearis, associatius o de l’economia social i solidària.

Oferim

• Contracte indefinit amb una retribució bruta anual de entre ~17.000 i ~23.000 euros, per una setmana laboral d’entre 30 i 40 hores d’acord amb el conveni d’hostaleria i segons el perfil escollit.


• Possibilitat d’augmentar els salaris en funció dels resultats econòmics de la cooperativa.


• Incorporació a una cooperativa en creixement, vinculada a l’ESS i al projecte comunitari de Can Batlló.


• Incorporació definitiva com a socia treballadora al cap d’un any.


• 5 dies de vacances més del que estipula el conveni en el moment de fer-se sòcia definitiva.


• Participació activa en la presa de decisions i en el desenvolupament del projecte.

• Del 23 al 27/03: entrevistes presencials.


• Abril: incorporació prevista.
