Es la persona que, con la titulación de grado y/o habilitación correspondiente, realiza tareas de intervención directa con los adolescentes, siendo el responsable del acompañamiento y de la formación integral y globalizadora del adolescente o grupo de adolescentes a su cargo.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Del Puesto

Atención directa a los adolescentes, aplicación de la intervención socio-educativa y observación y evaluación de cada caso.

Conocer y seguir las directrices de los documentos que rigen la atención a los adolescentes, así como los documentos relativos al recurso residencial.

Educar y cuidar a las personas adolescentes atendidas, conforme al proyecto educativo del recurso de acogimiento residencial y a la normativa vigente.

Elaborar el PAI en el marco del Plan de Caso correspondiente y con los instrumentos educativos necesarios para su aplicación.

Ejercer con periodicidad semanal la acción tutorial del/de la Educador/a referente sobre las personas adolescentes con respecto a las cuales se le haya asignado dicha función.

Articular la coordinación con los recursos, agentes y servicios que intervienen y tienen relación con la consecución de los objetivos marcados en el Plan de Caso y en el PAI.

Realizar el seguimiento formativo-escolar y/o proceso de inserción socio-laboral.

Cumplir y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de convivencia.

Asumir la responsabilidad en el ámbito de sus competencias para la toma de decisiones o medidas necesarias en ausencia de la persona responsable superior más directa.

Participar en los procesos de emancipación de los adolescentes.

Las previstas en el caso en la oportuna relación de puestos de trabajo, las técnico-profesionales correspondientes a su titulación y las demás que le sean formalmente designadas.

Formación y experiencia necesaria para desarrollar las funciones

Se valorará experiencia en el sector de menores, especialmente con jóvenes migrantes.

Tu rol y contribución

Actualmente, desde nuestro equipo de Client Services buscamos un/a Digital Account Manager que impulse la gestión de cuentas clave, asegurando la excelencia en la ejecución de campañas y fortaleciendo la relación con nuestros clientes para impulsar su crecimiento.

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

• Supervisar campañas digitales (con foco en Display, Social y Programatica) y offline, asegurando que la táctica responde a los objetivos del cliente.
• Gestionar la relación con clientes clave, entendiendo sus necesidades para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelización.
• Transformar los briefings de cliente en planes de acción tácticos y claros para los equipos internos.
• Controlar los presupuestos de las cuentas, gestionando desviaciones y preparando reportes para equipos internacionales.
• Participar en el desarrollo de la estrategia de cliente y mejorar la coordinación entre los departamentos.
  
  

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• A partir de 4 años de expeiriencia en gestión de cuentas en agencias de medios.
• Experiencia demostrable en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de medios off y on, con un enfoque principal en el área digital.
• Habilidad para interpretar briefs de clientes y traducirlos en planes de acción claros y efectivos.
• Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos, realizar seguimiento de costes y elaborar reportes financieros.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de analítica y reporting. Se valorará el conocimiento en Google Analytics (GA4).
• Conocimiento de plataformas de marketing digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads) y del ecosistema AdTech (DV360, Amazon DSP).
• Conocimiento de soportes tradicionales (TV, Radio, OOH) para contribuir a una visión integrada de medios.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado, tanto hablado como escrito, para comunicarte de forma fluida con clientes y equipos internacionales.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, proactividad y una gran capacidad de organización para gestionar múltiples proyectos.
