A few examples of your responsibilities

• Design and improve data pipelines. Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability. Work closely with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and improve the robustness of reporting and analytics systems.
• Develop internal data products and tooling. Help build scalable solutions (e.g., reporting engines, forecasting tools) used by product teams across the company.
• Support platform-wide decision-making. Partner with multiple teams to provide the analytical and modeling backbone for business planning and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work and uncover insights. Use AI tools to move faster, surface ideas and opportunities, and study competing products and trends.

Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. ¿Quiénes somos?

El reto: darle forma a la IA que entiende el lenguaje

No buscamos un perfil de datos más, buscamos a quien se pregunte constantemente: ¿de verdad este modelo está entendiendo lo que el usuario quiere decir?.

Tu terreno será el texto: desde documentos largos a consultas breves, desde prompts para LLMs hasta métricas que midan si la IA está respondiendo bien.

Disfrutarás Si

• Te mueves con naturalidad entre Python, pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, y no tienes miedo a abrir un notebook y explorar datos textuales desde cero.
• Has pasado varios años construyendo soluciones de NLP (clasificación, extracción de entidades, búsqueda semántica, resúmenes, etc.), no solo leyendo papers.
• Te interesa especialmente la IA generativa: arquitecturas RAG, LLMs como GPT, LLaMa o Mistral, embeddings, fine‑tuning y evaluación de modelos grandes.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

Formarás parte de un equipo donde también hay Consultores Python, arquitectos y otros Data Scientists, con los que co‑diseñarás soluciones end‑to‑end.

En La Práctica, Te Ocuparás De

• Diseñar y entrenar modelos de NLP, tanto clásicos como basados en Transformers, para resolver problemas concretos (búsqueda, clasificación, extracción, resumen, etc.).
• Preparar y entender los datos textuales: limpieza, normalización, anotación, definición de etiquetas y métricas que tengan sentido para negocio.
• Construir y mejorar soluciones de IA generativa sobre RAG, trabajando con embeddings, recuperación de contexto y prompts para modelos como GPT, LLaMa o Mistral.
• Trabajar mano a mano con el equipo de desarrollo para que tus modelos se integren en APIs y servicios que funcionan en Kubernetes y entornos CI/CD.
• Documentar de forma clara lo que hace el modelo, sus límites y cómo evolucionarlo, ayudando a que el conocimiento no se quede solo en el código.
  
  

Lo que necesitamos de tu experiencia

• Al menos 7 años de experiencia en proyectos TI y 5 años trabajando en soluciones de datos o inteligencia artificial a gran escala.
• Varios años de práctica real en NLP y ciencia de datos con Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, visualización con matplotlib, seaborn y notebooks).
• Experiencia demostrable trabajando con IA generativa, LLMs y arquitecturas RAG, más allá de pruebas puntuales.
• Valorable experiencia con Kubernetes, orquestación de contenedores, observabilidad y bases de datos vectoriales, trabajando en equipo con perfiles de MLOps y backend.
