The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level. Research is organized in five programs: Climate, Air Pollution, Nature and Urban Health; Environment and Health over the Lifecourse; Global Viral and Bacterial Infections; Malaria and Neglected Parasitic Diseases and Maternal Child and Reproductive Health. ISGlobal is accredited with the Severo Ochoa distinction, a seal of excellence of the Spanish Science Ministry.
Within the framework of its AMR Initiative, ISGlobal is launching ReAcció: Art, reflection and collective response to Antimicrobial Resistance, a collaborative art-science project to raise awareness about antimicrobial resistance (AMR), often described as the “silent pandemic”.
To coincide with World AMR Awareness Week 2025 (WAAW, 18–24 November 2025), ISGlobal, thanks to the support of the Barcelona City Council, invites two new media artists (or artistic collectives) to co-create an immersive installation in the public space. This temporary artistic work will combine creativity and science to engage the citizens in reflecting on AMR, antibiotic use, and the “One Health” connection between human, animal, and environmental health.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking 2 artists or collectives with expertise in new media, immersive or interactive installations, audiovisuals, or experimental design, who will collaborate with ISGlobal’s AMR initiative team, to:
- Design and co-create an immersive and interactive public installation on AMR and One Health.
- Translate complex scientific concepts in the field of microbiology, AMR and antibiotic consumption into engaging artistic language.
- Work collaboratively with scientists and scientific outreach experts.
- Develop the installation to be mounted in a high-traffic area of Barcelona (square, park, or cultural space) during the WAAW25 (18th to 24th of november 2025).
- Conceptualise and design the immersive installation in collaboration with the ISGlobal’s AMR initiative team.
- Select artistic media, formats, and technologies for the installation.
- Support the production, logistics, and assembly in public space, considering the allocated budget.
- Ensure accessibility and engagement for the general public.

The Selection Process Is Designed In Two Phases
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.

Este es un rol ideal para un/a profesional digital apasionado/a por las comunidades y la creación de contenido. Como Community Manager, eres el rostro y la voz diaria de elrow y Monegros en todos los canales sociales. Además de dinamizar y atender a las comunidades, ejecutas y publicas los planes de contenido definidos por el/la Head of Brand & Content y la Social Media Manager, coordinando la entrega y publicación de los assets visuales junto al equipo creativo. Participas activamente en la redacción de copys y te aseguras que cada publicación refleje el tono, energía y valores de las marcas. Reportarás directamente a la Social Media Manager, colaborando con todo el equipo de Brand y Creatividad para mantener el máximo nivel de frescura, impacto y coherencia en cada canal.
Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar los calendarios y planes de contenido definidos por el/la Head of Brand & Content y la Social Media Manager: coordinación, publicación y control de posts diarios, stories, reels y acciones especiales.
- Publicar y programar contenidos en todas las redes sociales de elrow y Monegros (Instagram, TikTok, principalmente – así como Facebook, X, YouTube…en segundo plano), asegurando la correcta entrega de assets visuales/multimedia en colaboración con el equipo creativo.
- Colaborar en la creación y redacción de copy’s para posts, stories y campañas, manteniendo la voz y el tono característico de elrow y Monegros en cada comunicación.
- Preparar y revisar materiales visuales (vídeo, imagen, creatividades), chequeando entregas del equipo creativo antes de publicar y asegurando la excelencia y coherencia de cada output
- Gestionar y activar la comunidad digital, respondiendo, moderando y dinamizando comentarios, mensajes privados y menciones en tiempo real.
- Detectar y canalizar feedbacks, tendencias y situaciones críticas en nuestras comunidades de fans y seguidores, comunicando insights a la Social Media Manager y Head of Brand.
- Dinámicas y activaciones en redes sociales: idear, lanzar y dar soporte a concursos, retos, encuestas y colaboraciones con fans, influencers y artistas, promoviendo el engagement y el espíritu festivo de las marcas.
- Monitorizar reputación y conversaciones clave, reportando insights, oportunidades y riesgos al equipo de forma agil y regular.
- Formar parte activa del equipo de social media & content, proponiendo ideas para nuevos formatos, campañas sociales y contenidos innovadores.
- 2 - 4 años de experiencia previa como Community Manager y/o Social Media Executive en marcas de entretenimiento, música, festivales, lifestyle o cultura digital.
- Dominio avanzado de plataformas sociales, herramientas de publicación y monitorización (Meta tools, Notion, Creator Studio, Sprout, Discord…u otras relevantes).
- Excelente capacidad de redacción, creatividad en copys y formato breve tanto en español como en inglés.
- Conocimiento del ecosistema digital: redes sociales, contenido, cultura de internet, influencers, etc.
- Experiencia gestionando flujos de contenido (visual/copy), coordinación con equipos creativos y control de entregas diarias.
- Actitud proactiva, agilidad y empatía en la gestión de comunidades digitales, con ganas de innovar y sorprender cada día.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, y gran orientación al detalle y coherencia de marca.

¿Qué harás?
- Proponer e implementar la estrategia global de social media y contenidos, asegurando coherencia entre canales, objetivos de marca y negocio.
- Diseñar planes editoriales para cada red social (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), integrando paid + orgánico.
- Conceptualizar y producir contenidos creativos que cuenten historias, transmitan valores y conecten con nuestras audiencias, junto al equipo de diseño y audiovisual.

- Gestionar relaciones con influencers y creadores en España y mercados internacionales (Francia, Italia, Portugal).
- Proponer y activar alianzas estratégicas con marcas afines, con impacto en notoriedad y comunidad.
- Participar en shootings y producciones creativas, asegurando consistencia estética y narrativa.
- Medir y analizar resultados, transformando datos en estrategia accionable para optimizar el performance y el engagement.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa como Social Media Manager/Strategist o Content manager en un rol similar.
- Mentalidad estratégica: sabes cómo conectar contenido, comunidad y negocio.
- Ojo creativo y sensibilidad estética: entiendes que el diseño, la narrativa y el tono construyen cultura de marca.
- Conocimiento avanzado de redes sociales, marketing de influencers y tendencias digitales.
- Dominio de Figma (o similares) y herramientas de edición.

About The Role 🚀
You will report directly to the Talent Marketing Lead and support our internal communication campaigns, the script and agenda of our weekly company-wide All Hands meeting, and help with event setup to boost talent attraction. You’ll work closely with the Engagement and Office teams, in addition to your own, to bring projects to life!
Key responsibilities:
- Own and centralize cross-company internal communication initiatives and campaigns (calendar).
- Draft and publish onboarding, campaign, and company-wide messages.
- Support All Hands logistics: invites, agenda, Q&A, and live support.
- Update our LinkedIn Company Page and website “About Us” section.
- Run surveys and track comms engagement data.
- Research trends and gather stories for employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate in the planning and support of events aimed at talent attraction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Comfortable speaking in public (e.g. moderating Q&A or supporting live events).
