The Role 📜
As an SDR at Factorial, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales process. You’ll be at the frontline of identifying and qualifying opportunities, whether generated by you, through marketing initiatives, or from our incredible Outbound Lead Generation team.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage Leads: Execute multi-touch and multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling) to connect with prospects.
- Qualify Opportunities: Qualify leads and book them to our Account Executives (AEs) to close the deal.
- Master Sales Skills: Learn on the job with plenty of support, training, and tools in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

- Qualifying new leads: This is your primary focus! You'll use our own sales qualification framework and learn BANT methodology to ensure leads meet the criteria required to move forward in our sales funnel.
- Being highly proactive in follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline nurturing to maximize conversion rates.

- Proficient French & English

What You'll Be Doing
- Contact interested leads that arrive in our database via marketing efforts and provide them with top customer experience right from the beginning
- Identify pain and understand the need of the prospect - Listen actively, ask the right questions, stay curious . Prove why Preply is the right option to prospect’s needs and leaving some hunger for the next steps with AE!
- Prioritize MQLs with the highest buying intent and ICP. Be strategic and fast, map out the account, research DMs, reach out and pitch why they should consider Preply for their Teams.
- Be mindful and agile in your pitch. You will handle leads from different sources (Demo, Referral leads, LinkedIn)
- Nurture old leads, climb up the accounts and convert them to SQLs
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Preply Enterprise offerings.
- Provide top notch analysis of each prospect to the sales team, use MEDDIC methodology. Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents as required.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, share insights from the markets, prepare and execute pre and post event outreach, reengage and revive old leads
- Represent Preply at events in your region by actively engaging with prospects
- Support the Sales team to attain monthly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with inbound leads.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the forefront of our growth in Spain, working closely with our sales and marketing teams. Your mission? Spot opportunities, qualify leads, and be the first friendly voice of Lucca.
Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
✅Be the first point of contact for potential clients: email, phone, LinkedIn… you choose the channel.

Position Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop a strong understanding of our portfolio of solutions, products, and services to effectively communicate Orisha Commerce’s value proposition
- Prospect potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, database, online research, phone etc.)
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and identify key decision-makers and connect them with the appropriate Sales Manager, ensuring a smooth handoff and efficient start to the sales cycle
- Manage the client portfolio with the Sales Managers by ensuring a high-quality service
- Build and maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in weekly meetings
- Analyze your actions, track and analyze the results of your assignments to report all market information to your management
Position Requirements
The profile we are seeking:
- Is based in Barcelona
- Is studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields
- Native in Spanish, High level of English is mandatory
- Retail knowledge or interest is highly valuable
- Portuguese is a high plus
- Has high interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. Is passionate about customers and teamwork
- Is enthusiastic, creative and thinks outside the box and isn’t afraid to share ideas and try new things
- Is persevering, resilient, organized and has great adaptability skills
- Has basic understanding of Sales Principles
