We're looking for a motivated and organised professional to join us as Quality Assurance Officer. In this role, you'll play a key role in our mission of bringing vital and safe medicines to patients, developing your experience of quality management in a rapidly expanding company.

What you'll be doing:

As Quality Assurance Officer, you will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of our products. Here's what you'll be doing:

Reviewing and approving protocols, specifications, and validation/qualification documentation.

Investigating and resolving critical deviations and quality complaints.

Managing documentation systems and maintaining accurate records.

Issuing process sheets, cleaning instructions, and labels.

Conducting audits across processes, suppliers, and outsourced activities.

Auditing and approving suppliers and oversee outsourced GMP activities.

Supporting overall quality management, including product reviews and planned changes.

About you:

You're meticulous, curious, and proactive - ready to take on new challenges and grow your expertise in GMP quality management. You will have:

A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or another scientific discipline

Experience working in a GMP environment

Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively across departments

Proactive learning and adaptability

Experience in a pharmaceutical company and a PhD in science are highly valued, but not required.
