We are currently looking for an Export Assistant that will be focused on delighting our international customers, managing orders, developing strong relationships with couriers and accounts, and supporting the sales team for continuous market growth.
This role is best suited for candidates with an international background and strong administration skills; the ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, international sales or logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process customer enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Produce and complete all required export documents.
- Answers questions on all export related matters via email or phone.
- Coordinate internally with other departments, such as logistics, finance, production and marketing to keep all aware of customer needs.
- Assist and manage trade fair shows.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Relevant education or work experience.
- Exhibit positive and empathetic behavior at all times.
- Disciplined and good time management skills.
- Proficiency level of English language (other languages will be a plus).
- Skilled in multitasking and handling fast-paced situations.
- Effective verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of export and logistics.
