We are looking for an experienced and strategic EIB Director to drive initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the Communications Department, Sustainability Office, the Talent department, your main mission will be to lead efforts to create an environment where every team member feels connected, valued, and motivated. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in Inclusion, Equity and Belonging best practices and a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies across a diverse and multinational workforce.
Job Location: based in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
✔️What will your day-to-day work be like?:
Equity, inclusion, Belonging (EIB) and Engagement Strategy Development:
- Design and implement an integrated EIB strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership, Hotel GM’s and regional HR managers, to establish EIB priorities, set measurable objectives, and track progress through relevant metrics and reporting.
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge the success of the initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform and adjust programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed EIB plans across all levels of the organization
Culture and Inclusion Initiatives:
- Cultivate a company culture that embraces diversity, promotes equity, and fosters a sense of belonging at all levels.
- Ensure an inclusive workplace by identifying and addressing any barriers to equity within the company’s processes, policies, and practices.
Training & Development:
- Design and lead EIB-related training programs, including sessions on inclusive leadership, anti-bias and cultural competence.
- Work with Learning and Development teams to incorporate EIB principles into talent development and leadership training programs.
- Coach managers and leaders to foster diverse teams, ensuring they have the tools and skills to lead inclusively and inspire their teams.
Employee Feedback & Advocacy:
- Regularly solicit feedback from employees on EIB initiatives through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, addressing their concerns, suggestions, and feedback to create a safe and supportive workplace.
Community Engagement and Partnerships:
- Build relationships with external organizations and communities to support EIB objectives, including non-profits, professional networks, and advocacy groups.
- Represent the Company in industry forums, events, and panels to share EIB insights, bringing best practices back to the organization.

The successful candidate to fill this role must have:
- Visionary Leadership – Ability to build and communicate a compelling EIB vision that resonates across diverse teams.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence – Approaches employee relations with a compassionate, open-minded approach to address individual and collective needs.
- Cultural Competency – Skilled in working with people from diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural differences, and fostering inclusion.
- Change Management – Experienced in leading organizational change and creating buy-in for EIB initiatives.
- Analytical Thinking – Uses metrics, data, and feedback to measure impact and improve DEI and engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Background:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EIB programs.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis, survey methodologies, and the use of metrics to drive program success.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Availability to travel to the different destinations.
