¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• Develop the understanding of the local market and create sales. Other surgeons and decision makers are important in this process. Create and develop relatinsships with doctors, decision makers, ...
• Book, plan and conduct info meetings to communicate the value -of our products
• Train surgeons to help them understand this technology. This is supported by company led educational events and peer to peer meetings.
• Train and inservice hospital staff
• Contribute with your expertise at surgeries and treatments
• Attend educational courses/ programs to support your learning of the technology and suitable indications.
• 1/3 key accounts, 1/3 to develop existing, 1/3 new sales

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• An experienced sales person, +10 years
• Orthopaedics knowledge, customer relationships from doctors working in this area
• Good network with solid KOLs and decision maker
• Access to customers within your specific region
• Capability and experience to contribute in a growth phase, hence need someone who can develop the local market and drive sustainable sales
• A degree, most probably, within health, scheince or business
