About the role

This role is designed as a development pathway within our production team, with the objective of preparing the successful candidate to coordinate the powder production area.

You will start by gaining a solid understanding of our manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards, followed by hands-on experience across key production roles—from raw material handling to processing and packaging.

As you progress, you will specialize in the powder area, building technical expertise while contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Over time, you will also develop leadership capabilities, supporting team coordination and production performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a manufacturing environment and take on increasing responsibility, ultimately stepping into a coordination role within the powder production area.

Your responsibilities

• Manage powders personnel to ensure compliance with delivery and cost targets.
• Support coordination with other departments regarding interventions in the factory, ensuring the production plan is not interrupted.
• Gain hands-on experience across key production areas, including raw material handling, powder processing, and packaging
• Monitor and follow up on OEE losses caused by factory incidents.
• Draft and review factory procedures and operating methods.
• Support daily production activities and troubleshoot basic operational issues
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, supporting team supervision and daily operations.
• Propose improvement and corrective actions, and manage their technical execution to minimize the risk of accidents in the assigned area.
• Propose and implement improvements to reduce waste generation.
• Progress towards coordinating the powder production area, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Support the analysis of Non-Conformities and assist in the execution of corrective actions.

The experience we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering
• Intermediate level of English
