En el área de saneamiento jurídico se encarga de:

- Se encargará de la resolución de expedientes que requieran de un Saneamiento Especial atendiendo a la complejidad que presenta el saneamiento de uno o varios de los hitos.
- Control de los datos de Saneamiento reportados por el departamento de BI.
- Conciliación de los datos de cierre mensual con BI y sistemas
- Supervisión del perímetro dado de alta por Admisión y control de los datos en sistemas.
- Supervisar el proceso de gestión de proveedores asegurando que el perímetro de trabajo es correcto y supervisando que el reporte de datos y la información en sistemas está actualizada
- Supervisar el proceso de posesiones contenciosas y posesiones extrajudiciales.
- Supervisar la asignación de la "okupación" a un Despacho de Abogados para que formalice la denuncia y gestione el proceso contencioso.
- Supervisar el proceso de asignación de activos ocupados a empresas de negociación extrajudicial.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement new features in our core technologies, working collaboratively with other stakeholder teams to understand requirements and identify the best technical solutions as well as plan the future of our server core technologies that will lay the foundation for exciting new gameplay features
- Inspect the performance of our server clusters and propose improvements
- Deep analysis of player behaviors and how our server can be hardened to both improve player experience and also defend against bad actors (botters, cheaters, etc)
- Work closely with the QA team to resolve bugs and deliver high quality code as well as Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in a cloud environment such as AWS
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and emerging trends, especially regarding Python, Redis and its ecosystem, AWS, Gaming, etc
- Experience in developing highly available back-end systems and servers for large-scale MMO games, high-traffic web systems or applications
- Experienced with Python and its ecosystem (libraries, frameworks, etc.), familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask, Tornado, FastAPI, or another similar web framework and Python threading, as well as the principles of async programming
- Familiar in design and implementation of highly-scalable, reliable, and secure systems using Redis and its ecosystem, such as Redislabs. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Ability to write efficient low-latency, low-IO code
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Docker containers, as well as Redis, MySQL (or similar database systems). Good understanding of how to prevent intrusions, injections, cheating etc.
- Experience in version control, especially multi-track development and familiarity with deployments methodologies and CI/CD pipelines as well as automated testing
- Experience with stateful and stateless game server architectures
- Experience working with AWS services like EC2, ECR, RDS, S3, and IAM

Como ingeniero de Automatización de Software senior en el equipo de Automatización e IA, serás responsable de ofrecer soluciones integrales que se integren sin problemas con nuestras plataformas de juego basadas en Unity y sistemas back-end. Tu trabajo influirá directamente en nuestras operaciones de juego en vivo, las experiencias de los jugadores y la velocidad y calidad de nuestros ciclos de producción. Colaborarás con diseñadores, científicos de datos, equipos de QA y otros desarrolladores para conceptualizar, construir e implementar herramientas y flujos de trabajo de vanguardia que aprovechen las últimas tendencias en IA.
Lo que harás
Desarrollo integral
- Implementar funciones seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento que se integren en la infraestructura y las bases de código de juegos existentes.
- Aprovechar las API de programación de Unity para integrar servicios de IA y automatizar pasos manuales en los procesos de desarrollo y liveops.
- Colaborar con el equipo de DevOps en las canalizaciones de CI/CD para automatizar las pruebas, el despliegue y la supervisión de soluciones impulsadas por IA.
- Evaluar las herramientas y los marcos de IA emergentes para determinar la viabilidad, los puntos de integración y el retorno de la inversión del negocio.
- Utilizar enfoques de QA impulsados por la IA u orientados a objetivos para mejorar la cobertura y reducir los gastos generales del testing manual.
- Documentar diseños, workflows y buenas prácticas para fomentar su adopción a nivel interno.
- Mantenerte al día con las últimas tendencias de IA, juegos y automatización para proponer e implementar soluciones innovadoras.
- Más de 1 año de experiencia profesional en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA y automatización en prácticas relevantes, es decir: G-RAG.
- Dominio de Unity (C#) con experiencia comprobada en la creación de herramientas para el editor, módulos de juego o funcionalidades de operaciones en vivo.
- Sólida experiencia en desarrollo back-end con un lenguaje moderno (por ejemplo, Java, C#, Python o Node.js) y marcos como ASP.NET, Django o Express.
- Experiencia con bases de datos (SQL y/o NoSQL) y en el diseño de API RESTful o arquitecturas de microservicios, preferentemente con bases de datos gráficas como Neo4J.
- Familiaridad con prácticas y herramientas de DevOps y CI/CD (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
- Sólido entendimiento de las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software (patrones de diseño, revisiones de código, testing y control de versiones).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para colaborar de forma transversal en un entorno ágil.
- Experiencia en plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP), computación sin servidor, orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes) e infraestructura como código.
- Familiaridad con análisis de juegos, sistemas multijugador en tiempo real u otras tecnologías relacionadas con operaciones en vivo.
- Pasión por los videojuegos y un fuerte interés en el futuro del desarrollo de juegos impulsado por IA.

What Will You Do
- You will be responsible for proposing and developing new models, measuring the performance and improving our algorithms. Our ML Engineer role combines the classic "ML Scientist" and "Data Engineer" role at other companies
- You will also play an analytical role researching, designing, implementing, and deploying full-stack scalable data analytics and machine learning solutions to challenge business issues, as well as working closely with our Tech and Ops team
- You will work on unique modeling challenges not covered in the scientific literature, like extreme positive sample sparsity and labeling delay.

What You Need To Have
- Knowledge of Bitbucket/Git version tools
- Experience in machine learning and predictive modelling: deep neural networks, logistic regression, clustering and time series analysis & auto-regressive models
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical significance tests)
- Experience working with SQL and data warehousing
