What does a great Global Customer Excellence Business Intelligence Analyst do?
The teams’ mission is to build, distribute and support compelling, interactive dashboards and reports as well as providing insight and analysis to GCE leadership and all team members.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of high quality, meaningful Power BI reports – Our stakeholders want to be more data driven. Through your reports and dashboards, we’ll help them become that.
BI Requirement gathering – We are constantly talking to stakeholders about their reporting needs and translating those requirements into design documents that we then develop our reporting/dashboards from. You’ll need to be comfortable at running sessions with stakeholders to drill down into their exact needs, so we deliver meaningful, useful reporting.
Improvement strategies – We will expect you to be bold in contributing ideas right from the start. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our BI & Analysis offering and we will be looking for regular suggestions to make us more efficient and better enabled to deliver on our goals. Keep us current on the latest technologies that will enable us to deliver better and quicker.
Delivery ownership. We are a small but powerful team. You’ll sometimes be working on some enterprise level projects as part of a wider team, but at other times you’ll own the end to end delivery of a new smaller reporting solution. From requirements gathering through to publishing to the business.
Ad-Hoc reporting and Analysis – The whole team helps the business get the information they need when they need it. You will contribute significantly to this effort.

We still work with Excel at times. You’ll need strong skills in this area.

Mission

Responsabilidades:
• El equipo de desarrolladores Backend (Bounded Context).
• El backlog y las historias de usuario asociadas.
• El conocimiento funcional del producto y las necesidades que se intenten cubrir.
• Ver las necesidades. Ofrecer capacidades de plataforma a todos los demás productos.
• Conocer cómo se comporta una API, definición, parámetros, tiempo de respuesta y trabajarlo con el equipo.
• Proyecto estable, 100% teletrabajo|Formarás parte de un ecosistema de Talento Tecnológico
Buscamos un perfil:
Con capacidad de liderazgo para gestionar un squad de desarrollo Backend.
Con experiencia en desarrollo de producto en el siguiente entorno tecnológico:
• Desarrollo y arquitecturas de Java
• Experiencia en Domain Driven Design
• Spring framework y spring-boot
• Servicios Rest
• Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales
• Microservicios
• Metodologías de API first
• Soluciones de testeo
• Cloud
• Metodología agile
Que sea crítico tanto con las soluciones planteadas por el equipo técnico como con las funcionalidades propuestas desde negocio.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares y en la priorización de la capacidad y el esfuerzo para obtener el máximo rendimiento y beneficio.
Valorable experiencia previa como programador u otros roles técnicos.
Experiencia en la creación de historias de usuario y requisitos de producto detallados que definan claramente la funcionalidad deseada.
Experiencia tranajando en metodologías agile.
Inglés alto (Comunicación tanto con compañeros como con proveedores).
