The Position
As a People Analytics Working Student, you will report to the Head of Strategic Intelligence & Business Partnering and analyze workforce data to uncover insights on turnover, engagement, and hiring trends. The Work You’ll Do
- Data Management: Support the accuracy and integrity of workforce data by helping maintain HR databases and systems such as Workday and Greenhouse. Collaborate with IT and data teams to contribute to improvements in HR data collection, privacy compliance, and analysis processes.

- AI & HR Automation Support: Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of AI-powered HR Agents to automate routine people processes, improve employee self-service, and enhance data-driven decision-making within the HR ecosystem.
- Data Analysis: Support the analysis of data across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruitment in Greenhouse, core HR metrics in Workday, engagement and retention). Help identify trends and patterns, applying basic statistical methods to generate meaningful insights.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards within Celocore (our internal Analytics environment) that track KPIs such as time-to-hire, turnover rates and performance. Ensure reports are accurate, secure, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

En Pascual seguimos impulsando nuestra transformación digital y queremos incorporar un/a Data Scientist que lidere proyectos de analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial para apoyar la transformación digital de la compañía, mediante el desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas que generen impacto.
¿Cuáles serán las funciones principales?
- Liderar el ciclo completo de los proyectos: toma de requisitos, definición de documentos funcionales/técnicos, planificación, estimación de esfuerzos/costes, desarrollo, paso a producción y seguimiento con las áreas de negocio, asegurando la entrega en tiempo y calidad de las iniciativas.
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Recopilar, limpiar y transformar grandes volúmenes de datos con distintos orígenes (ERP, CRM, IoT, e-commerce, etc.).
- Desarrollar modelos predictivos, prescriptivos y de optimización.
- Aplicar técnicas de Machine Learning supervisado y no supervisado, Deep Learning, y Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP).
- Diseñar y desplegar soluciones basadas en IA generativa para casos de uso como asistentes virtuales, generación de contenido, automatización de procesos y personalización de experiencias.
- Integrar modelos LLM (Large Language Models) en pipelines productivos.
- Crear dashboards interactivos y reportes ejecutivos en herramientas como Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric.
- Traducir datos complejos en insights claros para stakeholders no técnicos.
- Interlocución directa con los equipos de negocio para identificar oportunidades.
- Proponer soluciones innovadoras basadas en datos que permitan generar eficiencias y mejorar la toma de decisiones de los equipos de negocio.
Requisitos Del Puesto
- Formación en Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial), Matemáticas, Estadística o similar.
- Se valorará Máster en Data Science o Big Data y certificaciones Cloud
- .Experiencia de al menos 3 años trabajando en proyectos de analítica avanzada, IA, IA Gen y transformación digital.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y equipos.
- Recomendable experiencia en programas de Gobierno del Dato y la IA.
- Conocimientos:
- Lenguajes: Python, SQL.
- Manejo de las principales librerías y frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Herramientas de visualización: Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric.
- Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experiencia en MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos para detectar patrones y oportunidades.
- Desarrollo de modelos predictivos y algoritmos de Machine Learning aplicados a negocio.
- Diseño, entrenamiento, validación y monitorización de modelos
- Implementación y despliegue de soluciones analíticas en producción.
- Participación en iniciativas de IA e IA Generativa.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia de 2–5 años en Data Science, Machine Learning o analítica avanzada, trabajando con grandes volúmenes de información.
- Nivel avanzado de Python y SQL.
- Experiencia desarrollando modelos de Machine Learning (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM…).
- Sólida base en estadística aplicada y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia con Git y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ingles, nivel medio-alto, se pondrá en práctica en reuniones con proveedores.
