Position Overview
Are you ready to lead transformative digital programs that reshape how enterprises operate? We are looking for a Services Program Manager to lead complex PLM and CAx software implementation programs within our Professional Services organization. You will orchestrate multi-project programs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure measurable business value for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Program Delivery– Orchestrate all program contracts, dependencies, and interfaces between projects. Monitor overall progress, address risks and scope changes proactively, and ensure on-time delivery through effective schedule and resource management.
- Drive Value Realization– Collaborate with Sales and Engagement Management to define program vision aligned with customer business strategy. Guide customers through value identification and planning while identifying growth opportunities.
- Establish Program Governance– Design and execute governance models that ensure transparency and alignment. Define program roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols across all organizational levels.
- Manage Program Financials– Ensure projects deliver within approved budgets and agreed margins. Review program performance regularly, provide realistic forecasts, and work with administration teams on accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Lead and Develop Teams– Set clear targets with program staff, delegate responsibilities, and provide regular feedback. Support team development and collaborate with Services Management to effectively manage business partners and subcontractors.
- Build Organizational Capability– Contribute to firm-building activities through training delivery and best practice development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned.
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Significant experience as a Services Program Manager in IT projects, preferably managing PLM platform implementations
- Consistent record leading complex corporate IT programs for large enterprises
- Experience managing and developing teams with advanced technical skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and generate solutions
- Self-motivated, composed, and collaborative approach to managing change and complexity
- Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
- Experience with Siemens Delivery Framework or similar enterprise delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of Digital Enterprise solutions portfolio

Requisitos

Mission: The mission of the position
Develop System Assurance and Validation and Verification activities for assigned projects as to ensure that technical solutions and processes to be applied within the projects are fit for the applicable regulations. Starting with system concept analysis, assurance and V&V plan preparation and collaborating in the preparation of the integration strategy, that will lead to the final validation of the solutions.
System Assurance is a key role within project execution process as to ensure a successful deployment of Siemens Mobility Solutions, incorporating lessons learnt from existing projects and innovation in the process for system verification & validation.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Developing assurance activities.
- Coordinating RAMS and validation and verification activities.
- Analysis and planning of tasks, considering continuous monitoring of the results achieved.
- Responsibility as a superior contact person, both internally and externally, e.g. towards global customers and stakeholders. This involves clarification and coordination of complex interfaces to other specialist areas, organizational units and customers as required.
- As part of the System Assurance & Test Automation Area to support and be involved in all the strategic initiatives of the, of the team when required
- Provided feedback to the solution owners product data testing strategies
- You network intensively with other Siemens units, which provide some of the services themselves, and coordinate the joint approach.
- Together with your team and the regional units, you support the bid phase of projects worldwide.

Your new role – innovative and future-focused
Step into a key position within our engineering department, shaping the car body design of state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly rail vehicles. As a Lead Design Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop and integrate critical components for the passenger trains of tomorrow.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of the mechanical integration of bogies and couplers/joints for advanced rail vehicles.
Coordinate designs during development with multiple stakeholders, including the bogie plant in Graz, car body design, electrical cabling, pneumatic piping, and systems engineering.
Define requirements for couplers and joints and manage design activities with system suppliers.
Perform clearance and collision tests, as well as movement analysis for cables and tubes.
Develop concepts for lifting and recovery, including pre-design of attachments.
Plan and supervise lifting operations, clearance tests, and other critical validation activities.
Your qualifications – solid and relevant:
Master’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering, rail vehicle construction, bogie integration, couplers/joints) or equivalent.
Strong expertise in materials, strength analysis, and bolt design.
Proficient in Creo, PDMLink, and SAP.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience working with customers and suppliers.
Analytical, methodical, and strategic approach to challenges, combined with strong planning and organizational skills. Assertiveness and decisiveness when required.

Imagine diving into the world of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and contributing to the analysis of Vortex-Induced Vibrations (VIV) on turbine systems. You will engage in exciting projects that involve investigating fluid-solid interaction phenomena, performing simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize turbine designs. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Investigate fluid-solid interaction phenomena affecting wind turbines, focusing on vortex shedding and its implications for turbine performance and stability.
- Perform CFD simulations to analyze vortex-induced vibrations and other relevant phenomena impacting wind turbine systems.
- Identify potential design modifications to mitigate vortex-induced vibrations, collaborating with the design team to enhance turbine components.
- Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among mechanical engineers, researchers, and designers.
- Validate simulation results by comparing them with experimental data and industry standards, ensuring the accuracy of your analyses.
- Recent graduate or in the final stages of your Master’s in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in CFD simulations related to aeroelastic phenomena, demonstrating a solid understanding of the principles involved.
- Additional training or experience in wind energy, including wind turbine aerodynamics and performance.
- Knowledge of wind turbine design standards, such as IEC61400-1 and DNVGL, is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly MATLAB, and fluent English skills; Spanish is a bonus.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
- You work in the central Incident and Vulnerability Handling Team (PSIRT) for Siemens products and solutions, mainly in the area of critical infrastructures.
- You design, develop, extend and maintain tools and frameworks for automation in handling of security vulnerabilities and incidents.
- You closely cooperate with vulnerability handlers, incident handlers, penetration testers and tool developers in ProductCERT.
- You find solutions for concrete improvements, develop the code to implement these and review code of others as the work is performed as a team effort.
- Through specialized trainings and daily challenges, you continuously update your expert knowledge.
- You have successfully majored in Computer Science.
- You are proficient in terms of software development, especially in Python, Django, JavaScript, CSS.
- You have contributed to medium sized development projects in the past.
- You have distinct knowledge of information technologies and operating systems.
- Ideally you have proven skills in IT-security.
- You have excellent command of English.
