As the Sub-Region Head of Siemens Advanta Iberia (f/m/d), you are responsible to lead the business and operational growth of our Iberia organization forward, including responsibility for overall strategic, operational, and financial performance.

How You'll Make An Impact

• You will position Advanta in the market as a leading professional services supplier in the region. It will drive business growth of the company in close collaboration with the Siemens CEO of the region and other relevant units and partners with a focus on delivering value to the clients and Siemens, as well as a profitable, growing and balanced Advanta business.
• You will lead with purpose to inspire, develop and grow a high performing team and act as a role model leading complementary teams by living Siemens Advanta values and behaviours, fostering diversity, walking the talk, developing our people and creating a great place to work.
• Together with your team, you will build and grow a strong pipeline of clients and projects in the digitalization and sustainability arena, working with other Siemens units.

• As an inspiring lead of a professional services business, the sub-region head will ensure the coordinated integration of the necessary Advanta and Siemens competencies to be able to deliver on these roles and will track the impact of the relevant opportunities and projects both for Siemens as well as Advanta, in close collaboration with ADV Specialty Practices that support Business Development & Sales and drive the respective project delivery for the topics in their scope

Your success is grounded in

• You have previous experiences in leading complex Solution Projects, especially in the area of Digital Transformation
• You are a hands-on leader, personally engaged and accountable operationally as well as financially for the acquisitions of projects and their implementation.
• Your regional experience and know-how, as well as your CxO Network, will enable you to further grow Siemens Advanta Business in Iberia
• You are capable to working in a matrix-organization and ensure excellent interworking with regional areas, vertical leads and global practice heads and build strong partnerships across the organization
• You come with a top-tier consulting firm or Professional Services background and have had P&L responsibility in your previous position(s)
• You have proficiency in Spanish and English

Siemens Rail Automation quiere incorporar en su área de Ejecución de Proyecto OBU a una persona para la posición de Oficial de proyecto de señalización en equipos embarcados.

Las principales tareas son:

• Trabajos de modificaciones, conexionados, pruebas en instalaciones ferroviarias en vehículos.
• Trabajos en unidades de tren y supervisión de trabajos, inspecciones, auditorías
• Trabajos de reparación, atención de incidencias, mantenimiento de equipos embarcados
• Mediciones, pruebas y maniobras en equipos eléctricos y electrónicos.
• Contacto con cliente y subcontratistas en obra.
• Trabajo ofimático en oficina: con ordenador o teléfono.
• Asistencia a reuniones, tanto en instalaciones propias como ajenas y ya sean reuniones formales o informales.
  
  

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en proyectos de señalización ferroviaria en vehículos, mantenimiento o similar, que haya trabajado en campo con un mínimo de experiencia de 1 año en la realización de las tareas descritas.

Nuestro negocio requiere de desplazamientos a proyectos localizados en España y también pudiendo requerirse desplazamientos internacionales. Como consecuencia el volumen de viajes está en torno a un 80% del tiempo.

La posición conlleva un Contrato indefinido, asi como la posibilidad de trabajar noches, festivos y fines de semana.

Te integrarás en un equipo de Oficiales de OBU de ejecución de proyectos, localizado en las oficinas de Siemens en Tres Cantos (Madrid), en colaboración estrecha con los departamentos de Ingeniería, Calidad, EHS, Compras, etc.

En TECOSA, empresa del grupo Siemens y referente en la integración de sistemas de seguridad para infraestructuras críticas, buscamos un/a técnico/a de mantenimiento, montaje y puesta en marcha de equipos de seguridad y sistemas de inspección (rayos X, detectores de metales, analizadores de trazas, etc.) para el aeropuerto El Prat Barcelona.

Te incorporarás a un equipo técnico altamente cualificado, responsable de la atención integral al cliente, la resolución de incidencias, el cumplimiento de los KPI establecidos, y la ejecución de todas las tareas de mantenimiento asignadas (preventivo, correctivo y modificativo).

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Ejecutar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo, garantizando el buen estado y la disponibilidad operativa de los equipos.
• Atender averías e incidencias en las instalaciones del cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio comprometidos en contrato.
• Realizar la instalación, configuración, pruebas y puesta en marcha de los equipos y sistemas suministrados por TECOSA, incluyendo periféricos, terminales, servidores y otros componentes asociados.
• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas tras su implantación, dejando los equipos plenamente operativos para el uso por parte del cliente.
• Colaborar en la mejora continua de los procedimientos técnicos y en la documentación de las intervenciones realizadas.
  
  

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

• Formación de Grado Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en entornos técnicos, preferiblemente en telecomunicaciones, electrónica, electricidad, o en mantenimiento y puesta en marcha de sistemas de inspección y seguridad.
• Conocimientos en implantación, configuración y administración de sistemas operativos, principalmente Windows y Linux.
• Conocimiento IT redes informáticas.
• Experiencia en implantaciones de equipos e integración.
• Dominio de inglés técnico. Se valorará la capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita en este idioma.
• Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio nacional según necesidades del proyecto.
