About the role: Property Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, people-driven professional to become the bridge between our tenants, investors, and the weVLC vision. In this role, you will ensure that every interaction - from the first viewing to long-term community engagement- is seamless, personal, and memorable. You’ll manage tenant experiences, drive occupancy through smart lead generation, and play a key role in introducing investors and buyers to the unique value of our homes.

What You’ll Do
- Promote our flex-living units through different platforms to maximize lead generation, and maintain a high occupation rate.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors and tenants, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Qualify and onboard new tenants through calls, virtual meetings, and tours.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning to ensure seamless tenant transitions.
- Organise tenant events to bring people together and build a strong community.
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and investors, pitching the weVLC concept.
- Assist in onboarding investors to our concept and support the sales process.
- Utilize automated tools for contract processing and lead management.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Proficient in Spanish, being a Dutch Native is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- A problem-solver with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience in property management, real estate, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
- Basic tech knowledge, but always open to learn more! Experience using CRM, marketing, and automation tools is a plus.
- Driven to explore AI and its potential to optimise your and the company’s processes.
