Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un perfil como Project Development Manager para el desarrollo de nuestros proyectos dentro del sector de Energías Renovables a nivel nacional.

Funciones:

• Gestión y control de contratos de terrenos.
• Asistencia a reuniones control y gestión de las infraestructuras de evacuación compartidas a través de las CCBB/AIE o SL constituidas.
• Tramitación administrativa de los proyectos y obtención de permisos con administraciones públicas, Ayuntamientos y organismos sectoriales.
• Control del cumplimiento de requerimientos administrativos-regulatorios.
• Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y avance de proyecto.
• Control de proyecto: cumplimiento de planificación y presupuesto asociados a los proyectos.
• Ser participe en negociaciones y acuerdos, asegurando condiciones favorables para todas las partes implicadas.
• Identificar y evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
• Realizar análisis de mercado y estudios de competencia para identificar tendencias y necesidades del sector.
• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.

Requisitos:

• Titulación: Grado en Ingeniería o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en proyectos de generación de energía.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

The role of a Salesforce Engineering Manager, Commercial Systems at Canonical

The Commercial Systems unit has several areas of responsibility spread across six engineering teams, closely collaborating with other engineering and business teams at Canonical. The Salesforce team is responsible for the development and configuration of Canonical's Salesforce instance. Agile ERP

En HM Hospitales, para el área de Internacional, buscamos un/a IT Manager comprometido/a y con vocación de servicio para integrarse en nuestro equipo.

Su principal misión será dar soporte a la Dirección en la identificación, planificación y ejecución de iniciativas tecnológicas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio, con especial foco en la mejora de procesos administrativos, digitalización y gestión eficiente de proveedores tecnológicos.

Responsabilidades:

• Actuar como nexo entre Dirección de negocio y el área de TI para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas viables.
• Gestionar los distintos proyectos de IT en curso para su cumplimiento en fecha y presupuesto
• Liderar iniciativas de transformación digital y optimización de procesos administrativos.
• Supervisar y coordinar proyectos tecnológicos con impacto en distintas áreas.
• Control y seguimiento de proveedores de servicios tecnológicos (contratos, cumplimiento de SLA, calidad del servicio, control presupuestario).
• Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto de TI.
• Garantizar la correcta evolución de herramientas corporativas (ERP, CRM, sistemas de gestión documental, etc.).
• Soporte Usuarios a nivel 1 y 2 de Oficina, junto con recursos corporativos y externos

Requisitos

Formación:

• Formación Técnica en el sector TIC
• Se valorará conocimientos de Business Central
• Se valorará nivel Alto de inglés

Experiencia:

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en áreas de TI, con 2 o más en puestos de responsabilidad o coordinación.
• Experiencia en entornos sanitarios o grandes organizaciones es un plus.

Conocimientos técnicos y de gestión:

• Gestión de proyectos tecnológicos (metodologías ágiles o tradicionales).
• Conocimientos en sistemas de información corporativos y de gestión documental.
• Capacidad de análisis de procesos y diseño de soluciones digitales.
• Gestión de proveedores tecnológicos y control presupuestario.
• Buen conocimiento del marco legal relacionado con IT y protección de datos.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management
• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment;
• Drive the roadmap for machine learning projects aligned with business goals;
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Machine Learning & LLM Expertise
• Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and other machine learning models to solve business problems;
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art LLM techniques for NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, and entity extraction;
• Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs and apply emerging technologies;
• Expertise in multiple main fields of ML: NLP, Computer Vision, RL, deep learning and classical ML

Gestión de Presupuesto y Objetivos

• Actuar como interlocutor/a principal entre MHI y las cuentas asignadas, así como con nuevas cuentas en proceso de captación.
• Identificar necesidades, oportunidades de negocio y realizar seguimiento multicanal de las mismas (email, teléfono, visitas, plataformas digitales).
• Analizar el entorno competitivo (productos, precios, fortalezas y debilidades) y transformar esta información en argumentos de venta efectivos.
• Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales con empresas y grupos de agencias, tanto en captación como en desarrollo.
• Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con sus cuentas, asegurando una atención eficaz y satisfactoria.
