• Realizar pruebas audiológicas e interpretar los resultados.

• Aplicar nuestros protocolos establecidos.
• Realizar seguimiento de las adaptaciones y ofrecer soluciones.
• Instruir al paciente y familiares en el uso y mantenimiento de la prótesis auditiva
• Proporcionar atención de calidad en los servicios de pre y posventa.

Description

Are you passionate about providing Database technical solutions to AWS key customers? Do you have a strategic mindset to help your business partners build scalable go-to-market (GTM) plans that benefit hundreds of thousands of customers? In this role, you will help some of our largest customers build and deploy database solutions using Amazon Web Services and its partner networks. You will also engage with AWS product owners to influence product roadmap and the evolution of the next generation of database solutions in AWS.

This role is for a senior database solution architect who has experience with a variety of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, etc.) and non-relational databases such as DynamoDB, who will act as a subject matter expert for helping customers in designing database solutions that leverage AWS serverless and managed services. You will directly interact with key customers to understand their business problems, design architectures, guide customers in implementations, deliver briefing and deep-dive sessions to upskill customers and help them adopt your solutions. As part of the EMEA GTM database specialist team, you will work closely with other solution architects from various geographies with diverse expertise in Data and AI domains to deliver end-to-end solutions to AWS customers. As a senior member, you will interact with other database solution architects in the field, providing guidance on their customer engagements. You will develop reference architectures, white papers, and presentations to enable customers and partners to fully leverage AWS database services. You will also create field enablement materials for the broader technical field population, to help them understand how to integrate AWS database solutions into customer business applications. You will drive effective feedback gathering from customers, and distill and translate that feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams to review.

Candidates must have great communication skills and be very technical, with the ability to impress Amazon Web Services customers at any level, from executive to developer. Travels in EMEA region and occasionally to other regions may be possible.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key job responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain (relational or non-relational databases) aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.

Introduction to role

The Associate Regulatory Affairs Director (ARAD) is an experienced regulatory specialist with strong project management capabilities responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of assigned deliverables. The ARAD is a key contributor to regulatory submission strategy, identifying submission risks and opportunities, while leading regulatory applications and managing procedures through approval. The ARAD provides regulatory expertise and guidance on procedural and documentation requirements to GRET, GRST and cross-functional teams working flexibly within and across regions to ensure the delivery of business objectives.

Accountabilities

• Understand the regulatory framework, including regional trends, for various types of applications and procedures for small and large molecules across all regions.
• Provide regulatory expertise on procedural and documentation requirements as defined by Health Authorities for assigned deliverable(s) including:
• Submission delivery strategy of all dossiers and all application types per market and /or region
• Review documents and provide regulatory input (e.g., response documents, high level documents, study protocols, PSRs, etc.)
• Analysis of regulatory procedures and special designations used during development, authorizations and extension of the product.
• Use and share best practices, when handling various applications and procedures during interactions with health authorities and in day-to-day work, while operating in a highly dynamic environment.
• Lead and / or contribute to the planning, preparation (including authoring where relevant) and delivery of both simple and complex submissions throughout the product’s life cycle from either a global and/or regional perspective.
• Lead GRST & GRET sub-teams, eg. Cross functional Submission Delivery teams for major submissions (NDA/MAA or major LCM initiative).
• Develop, execute and maintain submission delivery plans, submission content plans, and proactively provide status updates to designated stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements –Education And Experience

• Relevant University Degree in Science or related discipline
• Extensive regulatory experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, or experience at a health authority
• Thorough knowledge of drug development
• Strong project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the services and products delivered to the customers meet the requirements,
• Ensure space standards, applicable rules and internal Quality requirements, for SW/HW Projects, and act as a point of contact for the quality authority designated by the customer.
• Analyze the customer’s Quality requirements, define and set up the Quality plans in the project phase, and ensure the plan contains all the measures necessary to fulfill the standards and reference system.
• Follow TAS Quality Management System (QMS) rules Chorus 2 for all processes as well as tools and methodologies within TAS in Spain.
• Comply with Quality Plan, schedule, budgets and specifications for all appointed projects and tasks.
• Manage and contribute to project reviews (KO, EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, TRB, DRB), ensuring that they are carried out according to a consistent and coherent documentation.
• Support to technical departments during SW or HW design reviews by means of Validation Plan, DDQS process activities, checklists or BDREX inputs.
• Coordinate and control all product quality activities within the framework of the projects (RAMS, M&P, EEE Parts, Reliability, FMECA, etc.).
• Document and manage Changes and Deviations of projects (RFDs, NCRs and RFWs).
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of Non Conformance Review Boards (NRB) in case of deviations or non-compliance with any product specification.
• Identify and propose mitigation actions for the critical points of the projects. Support the product inspection activities (MIPs).
• Prepare the COC, as well as prepare and review the EIDP documentation, certifying that the quality of the delivered product is in accordance with the requirements and applicable quality standards.
• Guarantee and control that the quality requirements of the subcontractors are in line with the general requirements of the projects.
• Supply data from audits, returns and customer complaints in order to ensure follow-up and reporting for risk prevention.
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Degree in Physical Sciences, Electronics, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum Professional experience: 3 years.
• English (customer interface). French/Italian would be a plus.
• Knowledge on Quality standards for SW and HW projects as well as QMS applicable documents for PA/QA activities will be taken into account.
• External and Internal communication ability.
• Capability to work within a cross functional team and independently.
• Methodological minded.
