Description
Are you interested in building the measurement foundation that proves whether targeted, cohort-based marketing actually changes customer behavior at Amazon scale?
We are seeking an Applied Scientist to own measurement and experimentation for our Lifecycle Marketing Experimentation roadmap within the PRIMAS (Prime & Marketing Analytics and Science) team. In this role, you will design and execute rigorous experiments that measure the effectiveness of audience-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels, providing the evidence that guides marketing strategy and investment decisions.
This is a high-impact role where you will build measurement frameworks from scratch, design experiments that isolate causal effects, and establish the experimental standards for lifecycle marketing across EU. You will work closely with business leaders and the senior science lead to answer critical questions: does targeting specific cohorts (Bargain hunters, Young adults) improve efficiency vs. broad campaigns? Which creative strategies drive behavior change? How should we optimize marketing spend across channels?
Key job responsibilities
Measurement & Experimentation Ownership
- Own measurement end-to-end for lifecycle marketing campaigns – design experiments (RCTs, geo-tests, audience holdouts) that measure campaign effectiveness across marketing channels
- Build measurement frameworks and experimental best practices that work across different activation platforms and can scale to multiple campaigns
- Establish experimental standards and tooling for lifecycle marketing, ensuring statistical rigor while balancing business constraints
- Apply causal inference methods to measure incremental impact of marketing campaigns vs. counterfactual
- Navigate measurement challenges across different platforms (Meta attribution, LiveRamp, clean rooms, onsite tracking)
- Analyze experiment results and provide optimization recommendations based on statistical evidence
- Establish guardrails and success criteria for campaign evaluation
The PRIMAS team, is part of a larger tech tech team of 100+ people called WIMSI (WW Integrated Marketing Systems and Intelligence). WIMSI core mission is to accelerate marketing technology capabilities that enable de-averaged customer experiences across the marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing

Desde la división Editorial de Grupo Planeta, buscamos un/a Paid Media Marketing especializado/a en campañas digitales, con fuerte orientación a datos, optimización y performance, y sensibilidad por el valor estratégico del catálogo editorial.
La posición tiene como misión diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas principalmente digitales que impulsen la visibilidad de los títulos de nuestro catálogo alineado con las tendencias y los intereses del mercado.
¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?
Estrategia y planificación de campañas digitales
- Definición y diseño de la estrategia de paid media alineada con los objetivos editoriales y comerciales.
- Definición de objetivos, audiencias, mensajes, formatos y KPIs por campaña.
- Asignación y control del presupuesto por canal y acción, con foco en eficiencia y escalabilidad.
- Configuración, lanzamiento y gestión directa de campañas y anuncios en las diferentes plataformas publicitarias.
- Creación y optimización de estructuras de campañas, conjuntos de anuncios y creatividades.
- Coordinación con equipos creativos y/o agencias para el desarrollo de copys, piezas visuales y audiovisuales, asegurando coherencia con la estrategia definida.
- Análisis y seguimiento semanal del rendimiento de campañas (KPI’s).
- Optimización continua de campañas para maximizar resultados y rentabilidad.
- Elaboración de cierres de campaña, con aprendizajes accionables y recomendaciones claras.
- Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en marketing digital y gestión de campañas paid, preferiblemente en el sector cultural.
- Formación en Marketing, ADE, o similar.
- Dominio avanzado de plataformas publicitarias (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Advertising, TikTok Ads).
- Capacidad para configurar, medir y optimizar campañas de forma autónoma.
- Alto nivel analítico y orientación a resultados.
- Experiencia trabajando con datos, reporting y análisis de performance.
- Dominio de Excel y herramientas de presentación.
- Capacidad de planificación, organización y coordinación transversal.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join The Art of Music Tour’s core team and lead the digital promotion of our live concerts across Europe and beyond.
Your mission will be to drive ticket sales, grow brand awareness, and optimise digital campaigns that connect our cinematic music experiences with the right audiences. This is a results-based role focused on data-driven strategies, campaign execution, and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with the Founder, content creators, and local teams to translate our artistic vision into high-performing campaigns that deliver real impact. From Meta Ads to YouTube strategy, your work will directly support the tour’s visibility, reach, and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ticket Sales
- Plan and run Meta Ads (IG/FB) for each concert
- Build funnels to retarget viewers and convert warm traffic
- Optimise creatives and copy to drive conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently for maximum ROI
Audience Growth
- Grow followers organically and through paid engagement (IG & YouTube)
- Promote trailers, behind-the-scenes content, and set videos
- Increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness across platforms
Campaign Execution
- Weekly ad review and optimisation
- A/B test creatives, placements, and CTAs
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement, conversions
Reporting & Strategy
- Provide clear weekly reports (ads + growth performance)
- Propose data-backed adjustments to strategy
- Communicate progress and campaign ideas with the core team
- Take full ownership of ad results, learning from data and continuously improving performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with ticket sales, e-commerce, or event marketing
• Deep knowledge of conversion strategy, retargeting, and ROAS
• Ability to optimise ads weekly and troubleshoot poor performance
• Strong grasp of creative direction: video/image copywriting, hooks, storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads / YouTube Ads is a plus
• Experience working in music, culture, or creative industries is a bonus
• Fluent in English

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a freelance, results-driven role with a fixed fee per concert, plus performance-based bonuses.
• €500–€600 per concert, split across the pre-launch and active campaign phases
• Bonus opportunities based on ticket sales milestones and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) performance
• Separate paid budget allocated for Meta Ads (typically €500–€600 per concert)
• Potential monthly retainer offered for long-term collaboration based on performance

• Sponsorships or brand partnerships secured through marketing efforts
• Exceptional campaign execution or strategic contributions beyond expectations
