Building YOUNG Hotels – Founding Management Team Two entrepreneurial roles · Work directly with the founders.
At YOUNG, we are not building a traditional hotel group. We are building a new kind of hospitality ecosystem — independent but connected concepts, designed to scale globally.
YOUNG Hotels combines boutique hotels, learning-driven hospitality, unique stays, and a strong entrepreneurial culture behind every location.
Today we already operate: → YOUNG Hotel Denia (Spain) → YOUNG Learning Hotel (Netherlands) → YOUNG Kaag Villas
And this is just the beginning.
We are now expanding our founding management team — working directly with the Co-founder & CEO — to build and scale YOUNG Hotels internationally.
This is not a corporate role. This is an opportunity to build and scale a global hospitality group, take real ownership, and grow into a long-term leadership position within YOUNG.
We are looking for people who want to build, not manage.
We are hiring for two profiles:
1. Business & Finance Lead (Entrepreneurial Operator) → Financial structure, performance and scalability → Unit economics per location → Investment decisions and expansion modeling → Cost control and operational efficiency → Supporting fundraising and investor communication
2. Commercial & Growth Lead (Entrepreneurial Builder) → Revenue growth across all locations → Brand positioning and commercial strategy → Partnerships, distribution and visibility → Customer experience and concept development
What we're looking for: → Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership → Comfortable in fast-moving, unstructured environments → Ability to work directly with founders → Not afraid to build from scratch
Backgrounds can vary: startups, hospitality, consulting, scale-ups. What matters is mindset, not titles.
Compensation: → Competitive base salary → Performance-based upside → Potential for equity / long-term participation.
