About the role:

We are seeking a Cyber Incident Response Manager to strengthen and scale Fever´s global security posture across both cloud and corporate IT environments. In this role, you will mature our end-to-end incident response lifecycle and elevate our security operations capabilities to protect a fast-moving, high-growth global organization. You will lead the enhancement of detection engineering, refine incident response processes and runbooks, and extend security coverage into new operational areas.

Additionally, you will help grow and empower a specialized team focused on reducing response and containment times while driving continuous improvements in detection logic, automation and tooling.

What would you do at Fever?

On your first month in Fever:
- Be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in planning and follow-up meetings with other areas.
- Have met the departments of Fever.
- Get familiar with Fever´s technological structure and ecosystem (applications, infrastructure, architecture, etc.)
- Gain a deep understanding of Fever´s cloud infrastructure, security stack and current IR processes.

After 3 months in Fever:
- Assess the current cyber incident response posture, threat detections and monitoring capabilities.
- Conduct a maturity assessment of IR processes for our cloud service providers (e.g. AWS) and other critical platforms.
- Review existing runbooks and identify gaps or areas for rapid improvement.
- Lead cross-functional tabletop exercises with engineering, data and operations teams.

On your 6th month in Fever:
- Build a prioritized action plan for strengthening transversal incident response across teams.
- Operate a mature, measurable and scalable incident response process.
- Deliver improved detection logic and automation that reduces mean time to identify, contain and mitigate incidents.
- Propose new detection strategies and execute improvements to threat intelligence and monitoring coverage.
- Optimize KPIs and expand reporting to ensure progress against security objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Strengthen and scale the incident response program.
- Design, update and maintain IR processes, playbooks and runbooks tailored to cloud and corporate IT environments.
- Enhance detection engineering capabilities by collaborating with infrastructure, data and engineering teams.
- Lead response coordination efforts during incidents, ensuring rapid containment, eradication and recovery.
- Enhance monitoring and detection with integrated threat intelligence and advanced threat detection capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a specialized incident response team.
- Continuously assess and improve IR metrics, KPIs, dashboards and reporting methodologies.
- Conduct IR training, simulations and preparedness exercises across the organization.

About you:

Must have:
- Strong understanding of modern security tooling, including SOAR platforms, cloud-native detection services, EDR solutions (e.g. CrowdStrike), SIEM platforms and automation technologies.
- Skilled in analyzing and correlating large-scale security telemetry across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint sources using languages and tools such as Python, AWS Athena, Google BigQuery.
- Ability to rapidly automate data handling, detection logic and remediation workflows.
- Hands-on experience responding to security incidents in cloud environments.
- Ability to design, document and maintain IR runbooks, playbooks and tabletop exercises.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to leading an incident response process.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

It would be a plus if you have:
- Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or another similar relevant degree (or equivalent experience in a technical security role).
- Professional certifications demonstrating technical IR expertise and cloud security proficiency, such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GEIR, AWS Security Specialty, or similar industry-recognized credentials.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll leverage all data sets available within Lighthouse to build products, service, insight and data stories for our Enterprise customer segment. You’ll research how we can cater to needs and sometimes accept that the research didn’t have the outcome hoped for. Who You Are

• Multiple years of experience in a data analyst, analytics engineer, or data science role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Solid relational modeling skills using SQL and programming experience, preferably in Python.

¿Qué necesitas para encajar con el puesto?

Formación de Grado Universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o similares.
Experiencia técnica consolidada de al menos de 5 años como Tech Lead liderando decisiones técnicas y equipos en entornos .NET (C#). Es indispensable que hayas combinado el desarrollo software con la mentoría y gestión de desarrolladores. Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia previa en software de gestión documental, ERPs o contabilidad.
Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Srcum, Kanban, entre otras). Saber cuándo y cómo aplicarlas para maximizar el rendimiento del equipo.
Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión: Se requieren dotes de comunicación, y experiencia en la gestión de equipo técnico para guiar, motivar y coordinar al mismo.
Se valorará también positivamente la experiencia en el diseño de arquitecturas de software modernas (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture) y cultura DevOps (CI/CD, Docker), así como el contar con conocimientos en plataformas cloud como AWS y Azure.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Buscamos un/a Tech Lead que sea el pilar técnico de nuestro producto. No solo gestionarás y acompañarás diariamente al equipo de desarrollo, sino que serás la fuerza impulsora detrás de nuestro roadmap.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant with experience in Applied Data to help drive business growth across our Global Football portfolio. Your focus will be on our global pre-sales and post-sales deliverables, methodologies and processes.

You Will Be a Key Member In

• Creating growth. Your region will be strategically important to Hudl, serving our elite revenue team and customers (high performing universities, national governing bodies, professional sports organizations, and more) all across the world.
• Supporting sports organizations. Many users want to develop their data strategies to increase efficiency and effective decision-making—you’ll help them do that.
• Making an impact on every phase. You’lll provide support for the pre-sales, pro service and product innovation phases of our elite customer journey, helping Hudl achieve significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
  
  

This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Barcleona.

Must-Haves

• Experience. You can demonstrate data analytics skills in a sports context, including: Statsbomb (platform + API), Wyscout (platform + API), Javascript, GraphQL, Python / R, SQL, Tableau and data modeling.
• Cross-collaboration skills. You’ve worked across the main areas of sports environments:sports market data-lead analysis, forecasting, projections, recruitment, coaching and/or analysis
• Excellent communication. You’re able to effectively assess sales opportunities, and convey ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You excel at giving proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Goal-oriented. You’re motivated by improving the customer experience and hitting revenue goals within your team and region.
• Trilingual: You'll be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Customer-facing experience. You understand SaaS sales and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
• Product development. You’ve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports before.
• Data-driven decision-making. You’ve used data visualisation tools such as Tableau and data programming tools such as python, R and SQL.

Compensation

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.

Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.

Base Salary Range

€36.000 - €60.000 EUR

On-Target Earnings

€45.000 - €75.000 EUR

¿Qué funciones realizarías? 

Describir, diseñar, revisar y normalizar los modelos de datos de BCC.
Mantener un diccionario de datos único que garantice coherencia y trazabilidad.
Generar los modelos en los diferentes Sistemas de Gestión de Bases de Datos utilizados por BCC.
Definir estándares y buenas prácticas para la arquitectura de datos en entornos Big Data.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, analítica y gobierno del dato para asegurar consistencia y calidad.
Participar en la evolución de la estrategia de datos y en la integración con sistemas corporativos.
Documentar procesos y modelos, asegurando su alineación con normativas internas y externas.
Orientación a la automatización, escalabilidad y optimización de rendimiento en plataformas de datos.

What You´ll Do:
- Architect, build, and ship end-to-end product features-owning everything from frontend UI to backend logic, data modeling, and API design
- Drive technical excellence for the frontend experience, including performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall quality
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define user experiences, data flows, and APIs
- Improve the reliability and scalability of services that support your features, contributing backend code where needed
- Lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers on fullstack patterns and best practices
- Ensure strong testing coverage, clear documentation, and long-term maintainability across the stack

Who You Are:
- You have 6+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade fullstack features at scale
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Solid backend engineering skills with proficiency in at least one server-side language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and familiarity with APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to interpret broad product requirements and translate them into polished, user-facing applications
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance tuning, and client-server interaction patterns
- Excellent communicator with the ability to lead design and architecture discussions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
