Mission statement

As the Head of Engineering - Platform at Keyrock, you will lead our engineering teams in developing and maintaining the backoffice and trading data platform systems at the core of our organisation. Our engineering discipline builds the technology that enables MoonPay to learn quickly and scale easily. We organize in small cross-functional squads of 4-6 engineers and an embedded Product Manager and Product Data Analyst. Formarás parte del Departamento de Tecnología, donde tu misión será diseñar y programar la lógica que hace posible que nuestras aplicaciones funcionen de forma precisa, eficiente y orientada al usuario.Tu trabajo será clave para que la experiencia de quienes usan nuestros productos sea fluida y satisfactoria.

Colaborarás estrechamente con otros equipos técnicos en la resolución de desafíos complejos, y contribuirás activamente a la evolución continua de nuestra arquitectura y procesos internos.

Funciones a desempeñar:

• Desarrollo de software transversal: Participar en la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades, analizando el código existente y asegurando que las soluciones cumplan con los requisitos definidos.
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas: Detectar, analizar y solucionar errores en el software, validando los cambios realizados en colaboración con el equipo.
• Revisión de código de compañeros/as: Revisar y validar los cambios propuestos por otros desarrolladores, garantizando la calidad, coherencia y estabilidad del código.
• Investigación tecnológica: Investigar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías o herramientas que puedan mejorar el producto o el entorno de desarrollo.
• Comunicación en equipo: Participar en reuniones internas para comunicar el estado de las tareas, coordinar esfuerzos y revisar el avance de los objetivos del equipo.
• Soporte técnico a ventas y clientes: Brindar apoyo técnico al equipo comercial y participar en reuniones con clientes cuando se requiera para resolver cuestiones técnicas.
• Mentoría de perfiles trainees: Acompañar a nuevos integrantes del equipo, facilitando su integración y ofreciendo seguimiento durante las primeras etapas de su desarrollo profesional. Conocimientos necesarios para el puesto:
• Sistemas operativos: experiencia con Linux para el desarrollo, administración y despliegue de aplicaciones backend.
• Contenedores y Orquestación: dominio de Docker para la creación de contenedores y Kubernetes para la orquestación, escalabilidad y gestión de aplicaciones distribuidas.
• Lenguajes de programación:?Go (Golang): Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones de alto rendimiento y sistemas concurrentes.?Python: Conocimiento en programación backend, desarrollo de servicios, y automatización de tareas.? PostgreSQL: Conocimiento profundo de bases de datos relacionales, consultas SQL complejas, optimización y mantenimiento.? MongoDB: Experiencia con bases de datos no relacionales orientadas a documentos, modelado de datos y consultas en MongoDB.? RethinkDB: Familiaridad con bases de datos NoSQL orientadas a la actualización en tiempo real, uso de queries en tiempo real y escalabilidad.
• Herramientas y servicios en la nube:? Experiencia con herramientas de Google Cloud Platform (GCP) como Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, BigQuery y otros servicios relevantes para el desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones backend en la nube.
• Formación mínima: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, DAM, ASIX.
• Experiencia mínima: al menos 2 años

Funciones:
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de interfaces web utilizando Angular (v10 o superior).
- Implementación de componentes visuales con PrimeNG.
- Consumo de APIs REST y manejo eficiente de datos en el frontend.
- Aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, control de versiones con Git y trabajo colaborativo.
- Participación activa en un entorno de desarrollo basado en microservicios (Java + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL).

Requisitos

Experiencia sólida en:
- Angular (v10 o superior)
- TypeScript
- HTML5 / CSS3
