Position Summary:
The Account Manager/Sales Associate is responsible for developing new business relationships, in this instance principally with clients in Italy (but potentially across international locations too), and serving as the first level of support to prospective clients within the Retail sector.
The role will be fully focused on Business Development, and will involve principally prospection and cold outreach for lead generation to generate opportunities with prospective new accounts. In time, the successful candidate can be involved in taking on more responsibility such as client discovery meetings, demo calls all the way through to closing deals.
The focus will be to sell TransPerfect´s translation and localization services, as well GlobalLink technology products.
Once the client is onboarded, the client is then passed onto a Client Services team member who will grow that account long term.
Position responsibilities:
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
- Develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet, and trade shows
- In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop sales opportunities (with possibility of managing the full sales cycle once trained)
- Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production team
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
- Cross-sell and upsell various services and solutions into various departments within the client´s company with an eye to optimize account profitability
- Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
Essential skills and experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Native level of Italian
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Motivated with a proactive attitude
- Results-driven, ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations

Seleccionamos a un/a operario/a acuicultura para trabajar en nuestra hatchery ubicada en Cervo en horario nocturno. Para poder desarrollar sus funciones será necesario un período de formación en horario de mañana y de tarde.
Los objetivos principales del puesto son: velar por la correcta operación de los sistemas, control de temperatura/oxigeno, alimentación y supervisión de la salud de los peces en el horario establecido y colaborar con el equipo diurno para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones, la prevención de posibles incidentes y el cumplimiento de las normativas sanitarias y de calidad.
Entre las tareas de este puesto se encuentran, entre otras, las siguientes:
- Asegurar que los sistemas de filtración, oxigenación, y temperatura del agua estén funcionando correctamente durante el horario asignado (circuitos generales y recirculación).
- Realizar revisiones periódicas de los equipos y sistemas de soporte para evitar fallos que puedan afectar el bienestar de los peces.
- Supervisar y garantizar que los sistemas automáticos de alimentación estén funcionando correctamente, o en su defecto, alimentar manualmente a los peces según los protocolos establecidos.
- Asegurarse de que todos los peces reciban la cantidad adecuada de alimento en el horario correspondiente.
- Observar el comportamiento de los peces, identificando signos de estrés, enfermedades o condiciones anormales.
- Actuar de manera proactiva para prevenir cualquier situación de riesgo (fallos técnicos y/o incidentes en los sistemas productivos). En caso de incidentes, tomar acciones inmediatas y reportar de forma detallada cualquier incidencia a la guardia permanente y/o jefe de granja en caso de no ser posible contactar con los primeros.
- Asegurar una comunicación fluida con el equipo de turno diurno, reportando sobre las actividades realizadas, cualquier incidente o cambio relevante en las condiciones de los peces o el criadero.

We are looking for an aquaculture operator to work in our hatchery located in Cervo on the night shift. To be able to perform their duties, a training period in the morning and afternoon will be necessary.
The main objectives of the position are: ensuring the correct operation of the systems, temperature/oxygen control, feeding, and monitoring the health of the fish during the established hours, and collaborating with the day team to ensure continuity of operations, prevention of possible incidents, and compliance with health and quality regulations.
Among the tasks of this position are, among others, the following:
- Ensuring that the filtration, oxygenation, and water temperature systems are functioning correctly during the assigned hours (general circuits and recirculation).
- Performing periodic reviews of equipment and support systems to prevent failures that may affect the well-being of the fish.
- Supervising and ensuring that automatic feeding systems are functioning correctly, or if not, manually feeding the fish according to established protocols.
- Ensuring that all fish receive the appropriate amount of food at the corresponding time.
- Observing the behavior of the fish, identifying signs of stress, diseases, or abnormal conditions.
- Acting proactively to prevent any risk situation (technical failures and/or incidents in production systems). In case of incidents, taking immediate action and reporting any incident in detail to the permanent guard and/or farm manager if it is not possible to contact the former.
- Ensuring smooth communication with the day shift team, reporting on activities carried out, any incidents, or relevant changes in the conditions of the fish or hatchery.

Key job responsibilities
You will be supporting a wide range of projects including liaison with other critical support functions such as Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Procurement, and New Build/Real Estate teams in order to effectively deliver the required right first-time machinery and systems safety standards. This is an important safety role and will report to the Sr. Mgr. WHS Design & Startup (Europe).
The Extent Of Your Duties Will Include
- Support Amazon facilities by performing suitable and sufficient risk assessments for legacy and new launch sites.
- Be the strong WHS technical voice, during projects development to ensure compliance with Amazon standards and regulatory requirements. This includes leading safety technical reviews and risk assessments for all new equipment systems.
- Manage the intake of request for support and prioritise the process to suit operational requirements where needed, engaging and managing the involvement of the inspection team with the projects.
- Provide functional working links with other critical functional teams including; Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Procurement, New Build Safety and Real Estate teams.
- Conduct site WHS assessments to ensure all applicable requirements are considered into installation. Create punch lists items using Amazon tools and effectively review corrective measures with relevant teams to ensure mitigation is completed to reduce all risk to an acceptable level.
- Keep tracking data up to date for the inspection program.
- Validate geographically specific real estate standards or World Wide/Geographically specific Building Design Standards are incorporated into the construction/remodeling of a site.
- Support the development of solutions that meet Amazon high standards for safety, risk reduction, customer satisfaction, efficiency, scalability, simplicity, and operational excellence.
- Support the delivery of central Health and Safety pro-active objectives.
- Escalate significant concerns and lessons learned identified during inspections and subsequent site visits.
- Provide input to change projects, build outs and development projects and act as a technical advisor for the EU WHS team.
- Plan and arrange own travel applying frugality and efficiency of time on sites.
- Experience in a similar role of machinery inspection.

- Operational Support & Governance:
Troubleshoot M365 and device-related issues, collaborate with security teams on audits and risk assessments, monitor performance and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Intune, and maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations and processes.
What you will bring
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), endpoint and identity management with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), and automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Functions.
- A strong grasp of security protocols within the M365 ecosystem.
- Experience in multi-platform integration and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Will be considered a plus:
- Proficiency in French
- Knowledge of both ITIL and Agile management and delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience migrating from hybrid to cloud will be considered a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, or equivalent, will be considered a plus.

What will be your impact:
