Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Industrial para una empresa del sector de la industria con sólida experiencia en trabajo de campo. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia práctica, la capacidad de resolución de problemas y las habilidades técnicas adquiridas en entornos reales.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de maquinaria, equipos e instalaciones.
• Diagnosticar fallos, realizar reparaciones y proponer mejoras.
• Participar en montajes, instalaciones y mejoras de sistemas industriales.
• Colaborar en la instalación y puesta en funcionamiento del nuevo taller.
• Realizar salidas puntuales a clientes para reparaciones o intervenciones técnicas.
• Participar en puestas en marcha de plantas completas.
• Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y optimización de los sistemas asignados.
  
  

Requisitos

• Experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento industrial o trabajo de campo similar.
• Formación técnica (electromecánica, mecatrónica, mantenimiento, etc.) o experiencia equivalente.
• Habilidades prácticas, analíticas y resolutivas.
• Capacidad de adaptación a tareas diversas y entornos cambiantes.
• Actitud proactiva, ganas de crecer y colaborar en un proyecto en expansión.
• Disponibilidad para realizar intervenciones en clientes cuando sea necesario.

Our Team

The Communication&Social Impact team supports the business imperatives for the affiliate by leading communication strategies that bring value to our key assets/products, as well as relevant transversal initiatives. Also, we manage our company reputation both internally and externally, dealing with media, coordinating social media and interacting with other relevant SHs.

The Comms team is working in close collaboration with marketing, medical, People&Culture, public affairs and other internal teams (glocal model) as well as with relevant external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and measure communication initiatives related to specific products, disease areas or corporate topics.
• Deal with media on a regular basis.
• Development of digital content strategy and channel mix.
• Manage our reputation when facing issues or crisis (product/corporate)
• Creation of content for communication campaigns (corporate or product/GBU related)
• Plan and organize local events, both externally and internally.
• Establish partnerships and continuous engagement with media, CSR entities and other relevant SHs.
  
  

About You

Skills, experience, and knowledge requirements:

• In-depth understanding of communication strategies, including internal comms, crisis communication management, media relations and social media.
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
• Strong strategic-analytical and conceptual skills
• Passion in creating and implementing communication activities.
• Open for innovative digital trends
• Out of the box thinking always searching for new opportunities to deploy business impact.
• Curious in new and agile way of collaboration
• The development of a network, internal and external, of communication, content and digital experts beyond the pharmaceutical industry
• Cross-functional collaboration with many departments

Required Experiences

• Strong experience in communication departments and/or media.
• Education: Degree in Journalism or communication preferably
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Languages: Spanish and English
