EU Business School welcomes applications for faculty positions. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching, and with a commitment to student-centred learning approaches.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. and preferably a AQU & ANECA accreditation, as well as extensive work experience in the relevant field to teach:
Management & Business
Leadership & People Management
Operations, Logistics & Supply Management
New Product Development & entrepreneurship
Strategy Development for Business Success
Business Analytics & Data Science (Machine learning , Business Intelligence, From Data to KPI, Data Analyss for Managers)
Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate business programs, MBA, and Masters level courses; developing and updating course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness; providing mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their academic and professional growth; engaging in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the business landscape; and contributing to the academic community through research, publications, and participation in relevant conferences or seminars.
ABOUT YOU
· PhD preferred in relevant teaching fields.
AQU & ANECA accreditations
· Higher Education teaching experience, a plus
· Fluent English Speaker is required, and good command of Spanish a plus
· Good interpersonal communication skills to deal with students and other stakeholders in the organization

About the Job
As Regional Sales Manager for the Europe Region, you will play a key role in EU Business School’s international recruitment strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of a leading business school by identifying new markets, building partnerships, and actively increasing student enrolment from the region. It combines strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and extensive travel across Europe. This dynamic and fast-paced role is ideal for individuals passionate about international education, student engagement, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
EU Business School is seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager to represent the institution in the Europe Region.
The main objective is to increase student recruitment through both existing and new channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and generating leads
- Driving student enrolment from the assigned region
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Conducting strategic analysis of market opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with agents and partner institutions
- Focusing on international schools to increase direct student recruitment
- Participating in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and events (on-site and online)
- Ensuring commercialization and follow-up until final enrolment
- Collaborating closely with the admissions, academics, and career services departments
- Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager for the region
The role is based in Barcelona within a young and international recruitment team.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and build international relationships in diverse markets. Team collaboration within a multicultural sales environment is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven international experience in the higher education sector
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 90 days per year
- Flexibility to adapt work hours for online events based in different time zones
- Knowledge or experience in online marketing is a plus
