About the job:
We are looking for a dedicated Admissions Officer to join our Barcelona campus team. Reporting to the Admissions Services Team Leader, you will work closely with the Academic and Recruitment departments. As a key figure in the student journey, you will guide applicants from their initial enquiry to the completion of their studies.
- Provide support to students throughout the enrolment and arrival process, including offering guidance on visas, TIE/NIE applications and renewals.
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date by conducting comprehensive follow-ups on students from enrolment to the end of their studies. This should include monitoring their visa status, late arrivals and residence permit acquisition.
- Assist students in finding suitable accommodation.
- Lead pre-arrival webinars and update the published admissions information to ensure that our community is kept informed.
- Keep the admissions list up to date when enrolling, changing or cancelling students.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the Admissions Services department.
Occasionally:
- Represent the school at high-profile events like Orientation Day and Graduation and assist other departments when needed.
- Engage with partners during Agent Meetings and Open Days.
- Assist the broader Admissions team with administrative processes when needed.
About you:
We are looking for a communicative team player with a strong customer-service mindset. Organized and methodical, you bring a keen eye for detail to managing student records and CRM data. In this varied role, you will navigate a truly international environment, balancing a diverse workload and changing priorities with ease.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in customer service or student-facing roles (this is a plus!).
- Strong knowledge of immigration and visa procedures. (Being a lawyer is a distinct advantage!)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are a welcome bonus.
- Tech-skills: Excel, Dynamics, and general office software.
- The ability to manage cross-functional tasks and collaborate effectively.
- A professional, proactive approach with a genuine passion for helping and guiding students.
