EU Business School is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Regional Recruitment Manager to join a dynamic team of recruitment professionals and lead student recruitment efforts across Brazil & South America. This role is ideal for an outgoing professional with a passion for education and international outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student recruitment in Brazil & South America by leveraging existing networks and proactively developing new partnerships and channels.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects through targeted lead generation and follow-up strategies.
- Own the full recruitment cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to final enrolment – while meeting ambitious sales and enrolment targets.
- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize recruitment activities across assigned countries.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with education agents, partner institutions, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Represent EU Business School at education fairs, seminars, workshops, and virtual events. Flexibility to adjust working hours for online events across time zones is required.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Admissions, Academics, and Career Services to deliver a seamless student experience.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales or Senior Regional Manager for The Americas and contribute actively to a young, international recruitment team based in Europe and Asia.
About you
- Proven experience in student recruitment, international education, or sales/business development—ideally within the higher education sector.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Portugues (Brazilian preferred), Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Confident building relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Culturally aware, adaptable to different time zones, and willing to travel a minimum of 90 days per year.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a global, mission-driven environment.
