After an intensive training period of six to twelve months, you’ll take on a leadership role—either as the sole leader or co-leader—of a business unit generating revenue in the tens of millions of dollars at a minimum, with the potential to increase your level of responsibility to the hundreds of millions over time. You’ll report directly to our CEO.
This leadership position is open to individuals with an outstanding track record of performance and growth, even without a decade of experience. We’re looking for candidates who have previously led high-performing teams, and have backgrounds in entrepreneurial ventures, investment banking, or technology. Excellent references from highly reputable professionals will be essential.

- Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of £83,997 in the UK and €80,457 elsewhere. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £248,712 in the UK, and €105,737 and €238,230 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

Sobre el Proyecto
FAST F es una iniciativa pionera que busca transformar la forma en que se obtienen datos de fatiga para el diseño de estructuras fiables y sostenibles. El proyecto desarrolla métodos de ensayo acelerados, como el método de rigidez creado en Eurecat, y una plataforma digital avanzada que facilita la selección de materiales y la optimización de componentes. Además, se investiga la relación entre fatiga y tenacidad a la fractura para enriquecer el conocimiento técnico disponible. Varias empresas ya han mostrado interés en aplicar estos avances en sus procesos.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar el desarrollo y evolución de la plataforma digital FAST F, orientada a la predicción de vida útil por fatiga mediante datos experimentales y algoritmos avanzados.
- Implementar y optimizar algoritmos de cálculo basados en el método de rigidez y estándares ISO para el tratamiento de datos de ensayos.
- Crear herramientas de visualización interactiva de resultados, gráficos e informes técnicos automatizados.
- Integrar modelos de inteligencia artificial (ML) para predecir comportamientos a fatiga en materiales metálicos y validar resultados con datos reales.
- Explorar el uso de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) para generar explicaciones técnicas, asistencia automatizada y resúmenes de resultados.
- Diseñar e implementar la arquitectura de datos y servicios (frontend, backend, base de datos, APIs) en un entorno escalable y seguro en la nube.
- Colaborar con investigadores en materiales para adaptar la plataforma a las necesidades del proyecto y de los usuarios industriales.
- Participar en la documentación técnica, mantenimiento del código fuente y buenas prácticas de desarrollo (CI/CD).
- Asistir a reuniones técnicas, revisiones de proyecto y demostraciones con socios industriales y académicos.
- Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Datos, Ciencias Computacionales, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- También se valorarán perfiles en Ingeniería Mecánica o de Materiales con experiencia demostrada en programación y desarrollo de plataformas digitales con componentes de IA.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de software científico, ingeniería de datos o plataformas digitales B2B.
- Conocimiento de entornos científicos como Python, MATLAB, Origin o R.
- Familiaridad con modelos de IA aplicados al soporte técnico y toma de decisiones.
- Interés o experiencia en el uso de LLMs para generación de contenido técnico automatizado.
- Conocimientos en entornos DevOps, CI/CD y despliegue en servidores o servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, etc.) serán altamente valorados.
