🚨 Part-Time Sales Role (Catalan Preferred) – AgTech Startup in Barcelona 🚨


AiGrowise SL is on a mission to help farmers thrive in the face of climate change. Using sensors, drones, and smart data tools, we support sustainable agriculture across Catalonia.


We’re looking for a Sales Associate who speaks the language of local growers — literally and professionally.


This is a sales-only role. No operations. No fluff. Just relationships, conversations, and closing deals.


🔍 Who You Are:


✅ Fluent in Catalan

✅ Experienced in agriculture or farm-related sales

✅ Confident making cold calls and meeting new clients

✅ Results-driven, focused, and clear communicator

✅ Passionate about climate tech and sustainable agriculture


📍 Based in Barcelona

🕒 Part-time (option to grow into full-time)

💰 Base salary + Commission + Equity (negotiable)
