Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Development located at our office in the Technology Park of Bilbao. This person will lead the company’s business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the commercial growth of Argit AI’s product solutions.

On a daily basis, the role includes conducting market analysis, engaging with potential clients and partners, defining commercial strategies, and collaborating with technical and product teams to align solutions with market needs. The Head of Business Development will also manage key relationships with stakeholders and customers, helping translate complex AI technologies into valuable business solutions.

Additionally, this role will contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy, expanding our presence across industries, and ensuring that Argit AI’s products deliver strong value to customers.


Qualifications


  • Strong experience in Business Development, Partnerships, and Commercial Strategy
  • Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and product teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in AI technologies, deep tech, or software solutions is highly desirable
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing technology company
