We specialize in integrated military logistics and also operate a robust security and intelligence division that works independently, providing strategic support to governments as well as publicly traded multinational corporations. These two core areas define who we are: an operational company with a global outlook, on-the-ground experience, and the ability to respond quickly in the most demanding environments.

On the logistics side, we provide services to naval, ground, and air forces in over 800 locations across five continents. Our core business includes military vessel husbandry services, as well as support for aerial and land deployments. This extends to the supply of fuel, food, spare parts and equipment, construction and maintenance of military facilities, waste management, emergency mission support, and last-mile logistics in remote or high-risk areas.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, with global coverage through our own network and a flexible structure that adapts to the needs of each mission.

We currently work with more than 30 Ministries of Defense, are a NATO contractor, and collaborate with several United Nations agencies. Our experience, proven in high-pressure environments, has made us a trusted reference in the sector—known for the quality of our services and our ability to anticipate and respond to operational needs.

The Position

Black Bull Group, is looking for a Bunker Trader for the Commercial Department, who will be responsible for the commercial development of the Fuel Business Line, carrying out business development tasks, account consolidation and opening of new markets and monitoring of customers and suppliers nationally and internationally, seeking to meet the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the military fuel market and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Expand and develop the company's fuel area, following the company's sales strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor fuel price fluctuations, and provide market insights to customers.
  • Work on the business strategy to be followed together with the Commercial Management.
  • Develop and implement established business strategies.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and customers. Negotiate fuel contracts and ensure favorable conditions and prices for both parties.
  • Maintain and expand the company's supplier network.
  • Manage the entire negotiation process, including contract execution, logistics, and post-negotiation support.
  • Manage risk and exposure.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a strong commercial focus to increase the client portfolio.

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the bunker trading industry.
  • Solid understanding of the bunker industry and the technical aspects of fuels available on the market as well as pricing tools and hedging strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word) and Adobe.
  • Good sales track record and customer portfolio.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English & Spanish. One of the following languages is a plus: French, Portuguese, Italian and/or Arabic.
