The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Video Producer to join our team. This full-time role is crucial for managing high-stakes video campaigns and collaborations with our B2B tech clients.
You'll be instrumental in bridging client vision with creative execution, overseeing projects from strategic planning to final delivery. We're seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and strategically minded Senior Video Producer.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end video project leadership, high-level budget management, and fostering seamless collaboration across internal and external teams. This role demands a deep understanding of complex video production workflows, including multi-market localization, and the ability to navigate critical incidents with strategic finesse.
Core responsibilities
Video Production Leadership & Strategic Management
Video Production Leadership & Strategic Management Take full ownership of major video collaborations and campaigns, ensuring production goals, timelines, and substantial budgets are met.
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients on high-stakes video projects, managing expectations and providing expert guidance throughout the production lifecycle.
Develop and implement high-level budget allocation strategies for multi-project collaborations, maintaining financial oversight and identifying potential risks.
Draft and manage comprehensive production calendars, strategically sequencing major projects and key milestones.
Lead the process of gathering and clarifying complex client video requirements, translating them into clear, actionable creative and production briefs.
Act as a liaison between the client and creative team, offering strategic guidance on video project direction while maintaining the integrity of the creative concept.
Advanced Workflow & Quality Control
Design and oversee robust post-production workflows for complex, full-funnel, multi-market campaigns, ensuring creative quality, adaptability, and timely delivery.
Manage parallel workstreams efficiently (e.g., editing while motion graphics are underway, or simultaneously managing localization across languages) to maximize production efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient video production processes.
Lead retrospective sessions specifically for video projects to continually improve collaboration and output.
Stay updated on industry trends, advanced video production techniques, and digital marketing strategies to continually enhance our offerings.
Team & Resource Management
Strategically manage internal team capacity and onboard/offboard freelancers/external providers to handle fluctuating workloads and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Lead internal triage and resource reprioritization during critical incidents, developing strategies to reallocate team resources (including editors) under tight deadlines.
Brief and oversee external professionals (e.g., Production Managers, Directors, DOPs, Editors, Colorists, Motion Designers) to ensure alignment with project vision and budget.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of proven experience in senior video production management, with extensive expertise in leading complex, multi-faceted video content (e.g., full-funnel campaigns, product videos, thought leadership content) for B2B tech companies.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a core requirement and we will be testing for it.
Deep understanding of advanced video production processes (both live-action and motion design), including complex post-production workflows and multi-market localization.
Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills, particularly in managing large-scale video project logistics and budgets.
Proven ability to balance complex client needs with protecting the creative process in video production.
Strong communication, negotiation, and high-level client relationship management skills.
Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.).
The Perfect Fit Will Also Have
Specific experience with B2B SaaS scale-ups, be it in-house or as a service provider, with a genuine understanding and passion for the tech industry.
A profound interest in leveraging AI for both operational and creative purposes in video production.
Extensive experience with cross-functional collaboration, remote team management, and leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.
Your mindset
You're highly organized, keeping video projects on track and anticipating challenges before they arise.
You enjoy fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth communication specifically around video deliverables.
You’re up-to-date with the latest video production techniques and industry trends and enjoy researching new developments in digital marketing.
You’re comfortable managing multiple video projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
You're passionate about solving challenges and helping creative people do their best work on video content.
Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.
Working model
As of 2025, our full-time has been trialing a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off.
Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect
For this role, you will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period
Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments

What we offer
Immediate incorporation
€42.000 gross yearly salary
4-day workweek with Fridays off (on trial), flexible working hours, and a hybrid model with at least two days per week in our office in the Poblenou area.
