Job Title: QA Functional Engineer | Temenos
Location: Madrid (Hybrid – 1 day/week in Tres Cantos or Alcobendas area, or 100% remote)

Job Description
We are urgently seeking a skilled QA Functional Engineer with proven experience in functional testing
within core banking environments. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience, particularly
focused on the Temenos Core Banking platform. This is a critical role requiring deep domain knowledge in
banking operations, including accounts, deposits, and customer onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional testing of core banking systems with a primary focus on Temenos Core Banking
modules.
• Validate functionality across modules such as accounts, deposits, clients, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
through testing.
• Review and analyze system requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test
plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Participate in test design reviews, requirement walkthroughs, and other QA team activities.
• Provide input to continuously improve QA processes and tools.

• Languages: High level of spoken and written English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant QA experience in banking domain
