Firmament Sports is an international organization dedicated to high‑performance youth football development. We collaborate with world‑class clubs such as FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, and Inter Milan, bringing their official training methodologies to Summer Camps and development programs across Canada.

Our mission is to provide young players with a unique sporting and educational experience rooted in elite football culture, strong values, and modern training principles. Our Summer Camps offer a professional environment where players train under the identity and methodology of some of the most respected clubs in the world, combining technical growth, tactical understanding, and personal development in a multicultural setting.

We are looking for motivated, responsible, and passionate Assistant Coaches to join our staff during the Summer Camps. This role is ideal for coaches who want to grow professionally, work in an international environment, and be part of a project backed by top‑level football institutions.

Responsabilidades

- Support the Head Coach in planning and delivering training sessions.

- Apply the official methodology of Barça, Atlético de Madrid, or Inter Milan, depending on the assigned program.

- Lead and supervise groups of young players aged 5–19.

- Ensure a safe, positive, and educational environment aligned with the values of elite clubs.

- Assist with camp logistics, organization, and daily operations.

- Communicate professionally with families, players, and staff when required.

Contract Details:

- Weekly contracts, with the possibility of working multiple consecutive weeks.

- Weekly compensation, adjusted according to experience and assigned responsibilities.

- Official coaching apparel provided.

- Accommodation and meals may be included depending on the camp location.

- Opportunities to continue in future international programs.

Candidate Profile:

- Previous experience as a youth football coach or assistant coach.

- Ability to work with children and teenagers in dynamic environments.

- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.

- Coaching certifications (UEFA C/B or equivalent) are highly valued.

- Positive attitude, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.

- Genuine interest in learning and applying elite club methodologies.
