Accountabilities

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams, including managing and mentoring Engineering Managers across key product areas
• Define and execute technical strategy, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives
• Drive high-quality product delivery by balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Guide the development of AI-powered product experiences, leveraging emerging technologies responsibly and effectively
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Establish best practices for architecture, development processes, and engineering standards across teams
• Ensure alignment and clarity across a distributed organization, supporting teams through growth and change
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams in a high-growth, product-focused environment
• Proven track record of managing Engineering Managers and scaling organizations effectively
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural and strategic decisions
• Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps across complex product areas
• Demonstrated success in delivering user-facing products within fast-paced SaaS or technology environments
• Exposure to AI-native products or leading teams working on AI-powered features
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering team growth
• Experience working in distributed or remote-first environments across multiple regions
• Ability to balance execution speed with quality, scalability, and long-term vision
• Familiarity with developer tools, workflow automation, or similar technical domains is a plus
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as TypeScript/Node.js is advantageous
