We are looking for an intern to gain experience in our Human Resources department supporting our Production area in annual performance processes.

You will be participating in analysis and definition of rating criterias, evaluation systems, as well as in the annual performance process review.

Your role will be:

• Map and update workflows with the teams involved for the assigned transformation projects
• Provide support in testing new workflows/reports as part of the transformation
• Get trained in the tools used by the Supply Chain team (data extraction, ERP, and WMS)
• Create a user guide, including the relationships between information systems
• Attend project progress meetings to document and share updates and next steps

What is important for the role:

• Currenntly enrolled in an educational institution
• Availability to do a full-time internship during at least 6 months
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Advanced level of English
