YOUR MISSION
Louis Vuitton is looking for passionate Clienteling Coordinator for our Mediterranean HQ in Madrid as part of the Clienteling team.
As a Clienteling Coordinator you will be responsible of Exceptional Client Experience and be the voice of High-End Client Development in our Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), and supporting the store team in engaging existing, recruiting new and elevating the relationships with our top clients through building loyalty to the Brand.
Job responsibilities
As a Clienteling Coordinator you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:
Event Management:
- End-to-End Event Coordination: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from concept creation and invitation dissemination to post-event follow-up with contacted, confirmed, and attending clients.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Extract key attendance figures, reconcile data with the Events dashboard, and analyze incidences. Generate comprehensive event reports and manage follow-up actions.
- Template & Profile Optimization: Develop and maintain ICON templates, and conduct thorough client profile analysis to enhance data utility.
- Bug Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve bugs within the ICON system to ensure optimal functionality
- Clienteling Campaign Management: Conduct in-depth analysis, generate reports, and prepare presentations on clienteling campaign performance.
- Flag Sales Reporting: Provide detailed reports on flag sales performance.
- Client Data Management: Extract and analyze client lists to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strategic Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver presentations for business reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
- Comprehensive Store Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for each store, covering key performance indicators such as appointments, clienteling campaigns, flag sales, and overall store KPIs.
- Mobility Support: Provide essential support for the Resort season, ensuring seamless operations.
- Clienteling Community Engagement: Lead animation and strategic support initiatives within our Clienteling Community to foster engagement and best practice sharing.
Requirements
You will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements:

- Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes.
- Strong communication skills and easily connects with others.
- Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
- MS Office proficiency (Power Point & Excel).
- Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory (French is a plus).
- Preferred Luxury Retail Background
- Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or any other related field.
- Preferred Luxury Retail Background
- Previous Experience in a Similar Role for International Companies
- Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
