Job Responsibilities

As a HR & CSR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of events and initiatives that align with our core values. You will work alongside a dynamic and motivated team, embracing every challenge as an opportunity for growth and making a tangible impact on society.

HR Admin

• Support in the organization and execution of HR-related events, international visits, and executive meetings.
• Work closely with HRD, Head of Talent and HRBPs in the development of an HR calendar and planification of HR projects throughout the year.
• Create presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
• Manage relationship with providers: request inquiries, validate as company’s vendors and process purchasing orders’ numbers.
• Work closely with HRBP and HR Controlling for the assignment and distribution of company’s gifts.
  
  

CSR

• Collaborate in the organization and execution of initiatives across our four core pillars: Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Social Commitment.
• Support the coordination and seamless implementation of impactful CSR events and initiatives.
• Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events, such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, Disability Awareness, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee event invitations, logistics, vendor relationships, internal communications, and the reporting of all CSR activations.
• Foster direct communication with foundations, working alongside the CSR & Corporate Communications Specialist to design and implement innovative, high-impact initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of the CSR Annual Report, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  
  

Profile

SKILLS Results-Oriented with Strong Problem-Solving Skills Detail-Oriented with a Focus on Excellence Planning, Precision, and High Organizational Skills Experience in Event Organization and Management Highly Organized, Proactive, and Creative Strong Interpersonal Skills with a Collaborative Mindset (Previous experience in diverse and multicultural environments is a plus) Excellent Communication Skills in English and Spanish PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, Journalism, or related field LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1) IT TOOLS: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva EXPERIENCE: Previous experience is valuable. AVAILABILITY: For an immediate incorporation. Important: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
