Position: Technical Support Engineer – Europe

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collect and manage customer requirements, develop and present technical solutions to support the sales team in securing customer orders;

2.Provide technical product training to customers, helping them quickly understand and adopt the solutions;

3.Address daily technical product issues from customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;

4.Maintain strong customer relationships and support business development for future sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other engineering-related fields;

2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to issues, and ability to perform under pressure;

3.Excellent customer service awareness, with strong communication, coordination, and execution skills;

4.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to use it as a working language for effective communication with European clients.
