At Orbital Paradigm, we develop autonomous reentry capsules for routine, fast-return transport from orbit, supporting in-space manufacturing, science, and logistics.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, to work directly with the co-founders on strategic and operational priorities across all areas of the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that provides exposure to fundraising, business development, operations, and project management.

What you will do

• Support the CEO in day-to-day priorities and cross-team coordination.
• Conduct research to inform strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials.
• Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal organization.
• Support the organization of the company’s funding round, including investor outreach, documentation, and data room preparation.

What we are looking for

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to switch quickly between topics.
• Interest in startups, business strategy, and technology (space sector is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of venture capital

What you will learn

Ideal experience

• Familiarity with of ceramic casting and powder/fiber processing techniques
• Knowledge of glass formulation or synthesis
• Up to 2 years in a similar role or research project
• Mechanical or thermal characterization of material properties
• Experience in space-related materials or thermal protection systems
