We are seeking passionate and collaborative educators who are eager to contribute meaningfully to our dynamic school community.Position ScopeTeaching and Learning:Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons in line with the RWIS curriculum, fostering curiosity and a student-centred approach to learning.Integrate education for sustainable development, project-based learning, outdoor and experiential learning into classroom activities to enhance student engagement and understanding.Promote play-based learning in the early years and ensure teaching reflects the developmental needs of younger students.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.Curriculum Planning and Assessment:Design, plan, and implement lessons across core subject areas, such as English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and Inquiry Time, ensuring a cross-curricular approach with specialist learning areas.Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform teaching strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and manage student data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
