What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service for every guest.
• Managing a team of front-of-house and back-of-house professionals, inspiring them to consistently deliver outstanding experiences.
• Maintaining top-tier standards of quality while handling a high-volume environment (300+ covers).
• Delivering an unforgettable guest experience that showcases the best of Mediterranean food and hospitality.
• Training, mentoring, and developing the team to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
• Collaborating with the head chef and culinary team to ensure the menu reflects the finest Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce.
• Ensuring smooth communication between all departments to achieve operational excellence.
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while never compromising on quality or service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with Mediterranean or similar cuisine. You've led a large team and successfully managed service for 300+ covers.
• Leadership: A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a diverse team. You know how to get the best out of people and build a strong, cohesive team culture.
• Passion for Mediterranean Food: A deep love for Mediterranean cuisine and the ability to create an authentic dining experience that celebrates the region's rich food culture.
• Guest-Centric Focus: You understand that the guest experience is everything. You’re dedicated to ensuring that every customer feels special and leaves with unforgettable memories.
• Operational Excellence: A sharp eye for detail, with experience in managing the logistics of high-volume service while ensuring consistency in quality and guest experience.
• Multitasking & Problem Solving: You thrive in a busy environment, are calm under pressure, and can make quick decisions to keep everything running smoothly.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish, Catalan, or Italian a bonus).
